YES some foods are pretty cheap, YES there is a variety u cant really find elsewhere BUT Some foods seems different, one time we wanted to buy meat, it didn't look fresh and around the area kinda smelled pretty bad so we didn't buy it,we regret not taking a picture of it to show proof. One of my family members went there today to buy some ice cream, it was a corneto ...it was in the freezer for way too long, I opened and the top felt sticky, I couldn't taste the chocolate cream it tasted very icy and plain, I could only taste the chocolate pieces that were in the ice cream itself , the cone was not crunchy it was completely soft and foldable like folding your clothes, that's how the cone felt, I'm kinda disappointed the ice cream wasn't good, I could not eat it, I'm left with a funny tummy so this is a first because of something..like an ice cream. however other foods seem okay, just the meat and ice cream I'm concerned about. BUT When IGA which is now changed to kohs marketplace, some areas don't seem clean, it does smell around some areas,I can tell some foods are not fresh, I don't know if it's my shoes but everytime I walk in there I always feel like I'm about to slip, if I run I slip when i push a trolley it's hard, instead of using myself as support to push, i use the trolley as my support to not fall as I'm pushing my trolley, we always shop at COLES now, I can see the difference between freshness and cleanliness when comparing both buisness Also there is always creepy men that just check out girls, especially our behind. The place next to the chicken and chips, especially, they all stop and look, and its very uncomfortable, not just there, inside aswell and the exit next to a mini restaurant aswell.

There are some gem stores at this mall, that stock some popular items you'll see on social media content, however isn't available in standard supermarkets. I visit the supermarket/grocer for novelty candy. Especially those that you would see on YouTube ASMR type content for children. The supermarket stocks a great variety of the sweet and sour candy lollipops, sprays and an array of novelty toy candies. They also have a great variety of sweet snacks like jelly cups, mochi, Asian desserts etc.. it also has a fairly priced green grocer section alongside meat, poultry, frozen foods and the best are the beverages! They stock many exotic type drinks that can be found refrigerated. I also like to shop at the other Asian grocers here as they all stock some type of food product that the other doesn't. The other stores are pretty good such as the bubble tea one that also has a novelty candy section! The alcohol shop has some decent deals too. The Vietnamese bread bakery doesn't do to my liking a nice banh mi thit. The pate is too chunky and not salty enough. They don't have much variety of other delicacies that these Vietnamese bakeries usually stock i.e. variety of warm and cold meats, warm pastries or Vietnamese desserts. The "$2 shop" is definitely not anywhere near a cheap store. The products in there are expensive, especially for children toys and household gadgets etc... They do have a variety of party celebration products like balloons, candles, cards, cake toppers etc.. however they are not cheap. You'd be better going to spotlight or Big W and Kmarts party section.

Really good alternative to Woolworths/Coles/Any other big supermarket. Good parking space. No Springvale market kind of crowded and noisy environment. Koh's has a similar variety to the big chain supermarkets.Basic stuff like bread and milk, for instance, at the same $1-$1.5 low price range-much better quality. It's got fruits, vegetables, stationery, household chemicals, toiletries, and a huge variety of Asian groceries. Yes, it's primarily a Asian grocery standing up and competing with the big supermarkets and doing a great job at it. Checkout has cash out!! :-) Above $5, cards accepted for payment. Doesn't look as good as the big supermarkets, but it does the job. It might be really hard to get products at a competing price range to customers if one is not a big supermarket, but Koh's is very nearly there.

Meet all your grocery and cooking needs, this place has everything and theres alittle something in every corner so you never get bored, not only is there a butcher which offers great meat for great value across them is a seafood store with awesome seafood varieties for every cooking occasion. Ingredients and fruit shopping is made easy with the local fruit market hidden slightly in the corner but you cant go wrong with fresh fruits and veggies for a bargain :) after all that shopping why not take a break and have quench your thirst with not just 1 bubble tea store but two, or if your feeling hungry theres more then three restaurants which whips up awesome dishes which is so filling you wont eat dinner. We always shop here guys, it's great and it's a one stop shop for the locals :)

There's always parking, it beats having to drive into Springvale Central, which will be packed 24/7, never adequate parking. They's sure to always be a stress to find parking anywhere. And some of the shops are so quiet, that they lack fresh food, here, there's a fruit and veggie store which has a fantastic turnaround so you're always sure to get fresh food. They're a pharmacy on Springvale Rd, enter via back lane, laundrette, liquor store, Chinese restaurant selling roast duck /pork etc. Post Office, Asian grocery stores and discount store too

Aka Kohl's Marketplace (Korean based I think?) This review goes back to the early days of Co-vid. I was out to buy some groceries, waiting in line, minding my own business as usual. I was offended by a customer who shook her head and commented on being "slow". That's the equivalent of calling Michael J. Fox, "Chicken". Customer service, shocking. Four able bodied security surrounded myself as my "friend" looked on, hiding a smirk. But overall, yes okay to shop but pretty expensive (my opinion), especially KFL.

So cheap! Everything you need for Asian cooking. The fruit and vegetables are cheaper at the end of the day in the supermarket. The Banh Mi at the bakery is the best. They make their own mayonnaise. I get the chicken one. There is a veggie shop, a poultry shop, a butcher and a couple of Vietnamese restaurants, an Australia Post and a $2 shop. There is heaps of parking but better to park round the back as the front car park can get clogged at busy times.

A small shopping centre I've frequented for over 25 years, the bakery makes the best friend chicken Banh Mi, and nearby tucked away in the corner is the Bubble Tea and Sugar Cane juice store that is the best in Melbourne. You'll find 3 excellent restaurants here that is frequented by the locals who know about this hidden gem.

Well for starters you have rats in the store window and you have dust on the shelf’s even on the can of foods and cutlery. You guys complained about me not wearing a mask when you guys are very unhygienic which is hypocritical of guys to say. Your pigs and need to clean properly it’s digusting

Your basic Asian grocery without the traffic of central. You can get meat, fishes, and fresh produce. Not modern looks but you're the to do your daily essential including post office, chemist, bakery, and for some bottle shop. Easy access from the main road and plenty of parking

  • Merdroid Woods

Convenient place, ample parking, and a good range of Asian groceries and fresh produce available at reasonable prices. Great for a quick stopover. Look for competitive pricing by Koh's and the neighbour. Restaurants and cafes here are also good quite good.

  • Mass Roomiyani

It doesn't look like a sc from far but it actually has a privately owned Super market that looks like Woolworths. A few nice Asian restaurants that seem to be popular to the locals plus post office, butcher and 7eleven in the area.

  • Nat Cardenas

Great selection of fruits and vegetables. Prices are cheer than in the suburbs closer to the city. Also the bakery on the entrance is amazing and with very reasonable prices. Parking outside is not a problem.

I mainly used this complex to buy fish and Vegies. My teenage girls love the Asian sweet puff from one of the Asian grocery store next to the bakery. I have known this shopping centre for a very long time.

  • White Cat

The express mini version of Springvale shopping district. It has classic Vietnamese pork roll shop. If you want a decent hairdresser Lim his wife and kids are the best place to manage your hair.

A very good Vietnamese restaurant Mi ki around the back. Food is excellent. Rest of shops good mix
