A very good store for premium furniture. Liked their range of recliners, finally decided to go for the HTL RS11233 --> 3+2 Seater Recliner. It was sleek, imported and good hence went for the same. I would like to commend Kavya for her professionalism and follow up and enthusiasm to sell the right product. However after she resigned the store staff were lazy and unprofessional. I was promised a leather cleaner/ polish with the recliner. Reducing one star only because there was an unprofessional lady at the billing desk who gave me the leather recliner polish/ cleaner, after diluting it , in an empty Bisleri Bottle and store manager started arguing that they didn't commit that they will give it in original packing. After lot of discussions , they did send the leather recliner on time and the polish in original packing via porter after two days. Overall a good experience despite few initial hiccups. Thanks to Mr.Vivek Mani who was professional and helped with the entire buying experience. A Note to owners of Ashley/ Dash Square: A premium brand store like yours should have professional and enthusiastic sales staff, somehow this was missing. Lot of room to improve and train your staff.

Writing this review after 9 months of purchase.. We were planning to buy new furniture for our new house. Visited few furniture stores across the Bangalore but could not find something goes well with our interior. After seeing few furniture places, I did a Google map search for furniture stores near by Banashankari, and stumbled upon Ashley. What a great find! Ashley is great place for quality furniture and with a wide variety of options. The ambiance of the store and the floor wise layout is very good. We spent around 3 hours in our first visit and our experience was great. The staff is very helpful, Mr. Vivek was very patient and knowledgeable, and so was Mr. Abdul. We were looking for 3+2 seater sofa and end up buying 3+2+1 seater sofa, matching center table with 2 side tables, a King and a Queen size bed and 11" memory mattresses for both. Adding few pictures. The delivery was as per our convenient date and time. Brought few more home decor items from Ashley after furniture purchase. Over all, Great shopping experience. I would recommend to visit to the Ashley store and experience it.

I came to know about Ashley after researching some forum on solid wood furniture. I visited the store 4 times in 5 months, scouting for furniture and pricing. Although the products are all amazing, the staff courtesy is no less. Especially Ms. Jyoti helped me a lot in 1. Getting us the best deals and 2. Also making sure to get the products on stock and was patient to let us try different options. Warning: the furniture here is like apple from garden of Eden, you can never stop at 1. Update: I've taken delivery of the products attached. Just two days before I wanted it, I'd asked for delivery. I got a confirmation call previous night from the warehouse about delivery date. All the furniture came on time. Very well packaged. One of the very few times, i've not had to follow up. A team swiftly assembled the furniture professionally and removed the packaging debris from the premises. As for the furniture no compromise on quality. We are very satisfied with the purchase.

We took 3+2 sofa and single seater recliner on November 1st in Ashley, Banashankari, Bangalore. Service executive Saaket helped us in finding the right sofa set for our need, we really appreciate his workmanship and all the staff were very helpful. We got it delivered on the said date. Delivery team really assisted well in shifting them to 1st floor, big applause to them. Regarding the sofa, we are using it since one week, so far the comfort and quality is good and it meets our expectations and it’s worth the price. My other observation since one week is, backside of the sofa is hollow except for the frame and fabric/ leather. I felt it should have been covered with plywood/wood and then the fabric/leather for safety and completeness. Otherwise rest is fine.

We brought a sectional sofa from Ashley. The quality of the sofa is simply amazing and after few days of use, it has just become better. We love the quality of the work that has went into the sofa. The collection of furniture and interior decor is tasteful and of a high quality. They have been taking a lot of measures to ensure hygiene and safety of their customers and staff. Came to the store looking for a dining table and found a good set of options to choose from. The sales rep Jothi guided us through the store and helped us select exactly what we were looking for and helped in answering all our questions. She also suggested to opt in for a glass top for table which in hindsight was a great idea as it makes the maintenance a bit easier and also enhances the look. Ashley has a great collection of premium furniture sets. Dash has an elaborate collection of fabric, leather and faux leather sofas ottomans and chairs. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We were able to custom order chairs and ottomans in the exact shade we wanted including custom sizing of the ottomans. I bought 3 Mattresses in this place. They have the best quality furniture for a reasonable price.Their staff like Vivek are very friendly and professional in furniture retails.
