I'm a brunch junkie, and when I was looking for a spot to score some yummy waffles, I was surprised when I saw Art Cafe pop up on my map! It's on the East Side of Las Vegas, where we are notorious for having only chain restaurants, so I knew I would have to check Art Cafe out! My boyfriend called ahead to secure us a table, which is ready for us right when we walked in. Hand sanitizer was ready at the door, tables spaced out and cleaned appropriately, and bathrooms were clean To start, I had a latte (which was just as good as some of the lattes I've had downtown in other coffee spots), it was delicious! My boyfriend got the white chai, which had the perfect amount of spice and sweetness! To eat, we ordered the Popeye Omelet, a build-your-own omelet, and a Belgian waffle with banana on top. The omelets came out in good time, were super hot, and the veggies tasted fresh! My breakfast potatoes were seasoned almost perfectly, piping hot as well! The waffle that we ordered was great! Fluffy, crispy, sweet, with a solid helping of fresh sliced banana on the top. I spoke with the owner Anna about how excited I was to find them. They just recently opened in February and are really hoping to get strong support from locals. I love going downtown as much as anyone does, but I love the fact that there is a small business here in East Las Vegas with friendly staff, delicious drinks, and yummy food to serve to the community! First and probably last. I really wanted to like this place but had a bad first experience. I got a to go order of 2 drinks which were okay and 2 breakfast meals which were not good. I ordered a Monte Cristo sandwich with fries and originally order and paid for crepes but they said they were out and I got French toast instead. I didn’t check the food before leaving because my hands were full and she tied the bag. When I got home and opened up the food I was super disappointed because the food was burnt and looked sloppy. The monte Cristo was a gross surprise when I bit into it and then further examined it and realized it was not the correct sandwich and it was chicken salad. I double checked the menu and they don’t even have a chicken salsa sandwich that I could have ordered by mistake. I tried to call back but got no answer. And I reached out on there website and no answer. That was a waste of $47.

Food and atmosphere is really good and nice. Very cozy which I love, but the service is awful. Came in for my first time and was told to sit anywhere (pretty nice to pick your own seat) but didn't get greeted or get a drinks order or check up on untill about 15 min later. Finally placed my order, food came out rather quickly but then got ignored after that. there was 2 other tables when my boyfriend and i dined in. the hostess/server checked up on the other two tables, but just gave us a side eye and walked away. Really rude. asked for rhe check but it never came so we had to stand at the hostess stand to pay (this is after the other people paid at their tables but we were forgotten again?). There was only 3 tables there including us, not hard to miss table checking with their customers.

My daughter and I just left this place...we ended up walking out due to the uncaring and unconcerned service--I was excited to try this place based on the pics of the food, menu and reviews. When we walked in #1) they were only slightly busy. We were asked if it was for her or to go. We answered, "for here." The woman behind the counter told us just to sit anywhere. It was about 10 minutes before I realized that we hadn't otherwise been greeted or even given a menu. I understand being "busy," but I do not understand not showing common courtesy. The server walked by us at least 5 times and didn't say anything at all, "will come in a minute, give me a minute," NOTHING. We sat for a whole other 10 minutes without being greeted. We got up and left. I refuse to take my hard earned money out of my pocket for a restaurant that has servers that do not think I am worth their time of day.

We arrived and they said we can sit anywhere. Only one other couple in there, so seating options were plenty with their extension. We were handed menus. No one came for over 10min to ask for drinks. Meanwhile they took orders of new arrivals on the counter. When they finally got to us, I expressed my discontent and opted out of ordering and left. Sad for them. Their service is way down. Used to have way more people in there, but I can see why not anymore. Last time we came a few months back, the food wasn’t that great and we decided to give them another shot today. So much for that. We have dined here many times before and unfortunately will not return anymore. We went to blue skillet across the street which had a full establishment and people still waiting to be seated.

Ordered: Popeyes Omelet (spinach, mushrooms, cheese) . 2 Breakfast potatoes Brulee Latte The potatoes came cold, the omelet had a massive amount of cheese, almost gag-worthy. The smallest omelet I've ever had, looked to be 2 medium eggs. The toast didn't even come buttered. The Latte was severely watered down. I didn't finish anything because it wasn't appealing. I actually had about 4 bites of omelet and 2 potatoes. From the photo, you can clearly see it wasn't tasty. Not one employee questioned why a full plate of food was coming back to the kitchen. The lady kept sweeping around the customers which is a huge NO NO No thanks to the doggy bag. Comparable to Dennys/ IHOP

5 stars for the food. Everything was fresh. Hot crisp waffles. Fluffy eggs. My breakfast burrito was so delicious. The chicken tenders were hand breaded and the house made spicy aioli was great. The missing star has absolutely nothing to do with the food. ANDDDD it has nothing to do with the very slow service (covid blah blah I get it) Now… im extremely fair. I will definitely update my review when I go back because I will be back. The missing star is because the bathroom needs some attention. Everything needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Also, may I suggest to the owner to stop at Burlington or Ross and grab a cheap mirror and a few pictures for the wall. A little attention can go all long way.

I took my friends here for breakfast and it was not good at all. We got there and the menu was paper and was used before and was really hard to see everything on it. I ordered an orange juice and it wasn’t even filled to the top. We got French toast and it was under seasoned and I could taste the egg. The berries on top were frozen then thawed out. We waited a long time for food or any type of update and when our French toast came out but not the crape we ordered and they said they couldn’t do it so my friend pick the chicken and waffles and they came after we had fully finished our meal and the chicken looked good until you cut into it and it looked inedible. We then ordered coffees to go and they were not good as well! I would not recommend this restaurant.

This is a pretty cool place in the middle of East side Vegas. I had some gypsy toast and it was delicious. The ladies working here are very nice and helpful, I had some business to take care of for my company Kellycorps llc and they were more than happy to accommodate and allow me a private spot in the dining hall to make phone calls and hold a conference. Coffee was on point. The area is clean and the decor is very quaint. Will definitely return to this spot soon and uf you find yourself in the area come on by.

We have been there before and totally enjoyed what we ordered, so imagine our surprise when we went today. There were only 6 other tables with people sitting in various stages of eating. We ordered a typical breakfast and a crepe. Coffee and hot tea. 50 minutes later the egg breakfast arrived and a few min later the crepe arrived. There is one cook and he can only get out1 or 2 meals at a time. We have both worked in the hospitality food service industry and that is unacceptable. A table of 8 people got their meals out one at a time. The food is very good, but the kitchen management needs to improve. Also a cup of coffee is 2.45 but a cup of hot tea is 3.75. Why???

They did two things that took them from a five star experience to a zero star experience. First one was starting to mop the entire place with a strong smelling hunger killing cleanser while I was eating. That lost them a star. The deal breaker was when they tried to bill me a second time for this meal. I ordered and paid before I sat down. As I was sitting in my car they had the nerve to tap on my window and tell me I had not settled my bill! I went back in and told them I paid by card. They looked at their records and confirmed I had paid. If I had used cash they would have tried to shake me down for more money! If you decide to go don't pay in cash!

This place seemed awesome at first! It had good vibes when my party walked in: the staff was friendly, the music was poppin, the water was cold and delicious. We ordered our food, which took a little longer than you would've expected, but it all looked good when it came out. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell you how it tasted because about two bites in I reached into my lap for my napkin and noticed a very large cockroach skittering across my lap. Believe it or not, that killed my appetite. We paid and left shortly after.

The food and presentation here were beyond my expectations! I was at the meinkie across the street and the name alone caught my interest to peek inside. The setting and atmosphere is nice and cozy inside. The thing that got me to eat was that they have GLUTEN FREE ITEMS!!! Finding a breakfast place with gluten free is always hard but luckily this is close and nearby and fairly priced. They also have alternatives for dairy choices if you are lactose intolerant. Definitely a small hidden gem. They are located behind the arbys on nellis and bonanza if you cant find the location!

90’s Dance with a Splash of Breakfast Chose this place on the great reviews. Friendly service, generally nice atmosphere. Let’s chat food; the steak ham and egg breakfast was good with moderate portions. However, the crepes resembled something akin to cool human flesh; chewy with a latex feel. We ordered the peach crepes which were loving doused with canned peaches. What topped my morning meal was the DJ bumping 90’s dance jams; nothing like listening to “Rhythm of the Night” to miniature biscuits and gravy. Who knew club music would be a great mix at 0900 in the morning.

Was excited to try this spot due to all the positive reviews, but unfortunately they fell short. While the pricing and service was great the food itself was subpar. I ordered the breakfast meal with hash browns and received mush potatoes. My toast had no butter and no options for jam, so it was just plain bread. Most likely not a spot I'll visit again.

Ordered food from GrubHub and left special instructions and asked if they could separate biscuits and gravy from egg so as not mixed. They did not. Why leave a space for special instructions if you are not going to honor them? It wasn't a hard or odd request. Just didn't want my food all mixed together. Ordered toast and received just bread -- not toasted at all. Asked for eggs over easy and they came broken and hard -- definitely not over easy. Don't think I will ever order from here again.

Look at my pics and tell me this place is just meh. The Cubano was amazing. Those french fries were excellent. Crispy on the outside but soft inside. The service was also spot on. My one negative is pretty much a standard across Vegas, the lack of pre-made sweet tea. Back home in Texas, every place has tea sweeter than your mom. Having to pay $2 for a coke just kills me. Especially when I drink 2 to 3 cokes. Other than that, no complaints

Great food crepes are so delicious... But a little upset because prices on menu are totally diferente from what they charge you and to make it worst server did not let us know order a philly but with chicken and was 2.95 extra charge when we ask why her excuses were that next week menu are changing and prices are changing so tell me why is computer update to next week when we are not there yet.i really would appreciate if she would let us know about that before we order .

This is one of my new spots that I like to go to on the weekends for breakfast. It usually isn't too busy, but this past Saturday it was. I think most of us customers came in around the same time and it probably was a little overwhelming for the waitress because she was by herself. The other young lady that I normally see with her wasn't there. I was patient though because I was once a waitress and I felt bad for her. The food is always delicious with fresh coffee. I will be back.

The food was great but the service was horrible and they had a very long wait time its was me and 3 other friends it took them almost an hour to get us coffee and then another hour just to order and another 30 mins to get our food.also they expect to pay for gratitude even though the service was horrible and was very expensive. Disappointed.

The waitress was friendly but a little inexperienced. We waited 50 minutes for our food to be served after ordering. No one ever came out to update us. I noticed other customers saying they were going to have to cancel thier orders. I was about to do the same. Then my wife went up to the counter to ask how much longer. Was told 10 minutes more. My wife didn't get what she ordered after all that. It wasn't very busy either. I saw the good reviews however I can't give one

Wow, found this little neighborhood gem. They're only open for breakfast and lunch and Well worth the wait. Ordered the chicken fried steak with home potatoes, sourdough toast. First.. gravy homemade, chunks of sausage and thick.. delish.. toast was cooked in the grill..i know weird but it really brang out the flavor, red potatoes with onion and peppers.. event cooked perfectly.. will definitely be back!

I was introduced to the cafe by a family friend who took me there for my birthday. Needless to say, I havent stopped talking about it since because of how much i loved it. Since it was my birthday, I got a candle to go with my crepe so it was heartwarming and nice. It's such an original cafe and the food is amazing. The staff are sincere and friendly. I loved it and would highly recommend.

I placed an order to go (house salad with chicken). I was told that it’ll take about 15-20 min. I arrived to pick my order for them to tell me that they were out of chicken and just bought some chicken but still had to be cooked. Terrible service. I’ve given this place several chances on at least 3-4 occasions and every time, the service is terrible.

Wonderful coffee and a reasonably priced breakfast are great reasons to return. My granddaughter ordered the $5.00 crepe special which included crepes, a fruit topping of your choice and a scoop of delicious ice cream. I had waffles. Which came with meat and a fresh fruit bowl. Delicious. Lots more for us to sample. Handicap accessible. We will be back.

Our new go to place to eat breakfast and lunch. Had the Breakfast Burrito and it was awesome. Great flavor and more then enough to fill you up. Daughter had ham and eggs and she loved every bit. Real home fries not thrown in the fryer. They really know how to cook and very clean restaurant. Servers were all nice. We will be back soon.

I order two strawberries crapes with extra nuttela you can see the white color on the fruits the taste was horrible both crapes taste like old rotten strawberries also i don’t see my extra nuttela side i have only nuttela on the top of the crapes and inside the crapes old strawberries! Great cute place! I saw it on tiktok and I flew in from Hawaii for Christmas and I decided to go there! They were so sweet and let us stay for quite a while to hang out. I'll definitely come again alone to paint or sculpt for my online orders :)

The Cafe was a friendly, inviting, and overall calm place to enjoy a nice breakfast. The open seating is a great concept. The food was absolutely delicious. House roasted potatoes were spot on, the eggs were cooked well, and the service was exceptional. Can't wait to come back!

I was excited to try a new breakfast spot but was disappointed to learn there were no non-pork meat options here. Every good breakfast spot should at least have the option for turkey bacon or something similar. For this reason, I will not be returning to this establishment.

Hands down the best avocado toast I’ve ever eaten. The service was great. Very economical choice for good service and quality food. Thank you Arts Cafe.

Much more roomy since they opened the expansion. I like the aluminum cups they serve the drinks in. I had eggs, done well, bacon almost crispy, and a waffle not done crispy, needed more time to cook. Overall a decent breakfast at a reasonable price.

Stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner. Very nice place. Good food great people. Starting a new restaurant in the face of 2020's daunting challenges is amazing. We wish them well and we will be back to do a breakfast in the near future.

Had their vanilla iced coffee. Is a bit of a restaurant style to it. It's cute and small. A tv to watch some TV and nice music. Definitely want to go back.
