Do not deal with them!! This is my terrible experience with Armstong movers. Since it’s international moving we had packed our stuff in unsealed boxes (so that they can check what’s inside) with lots of protection. However, when they came, one of the movers started to pack in his way with way too much wrapping papers. One of the examples I can write here is that he wrapped 1 metal raddle, 1 silicon pastula and a wooden stick in 3 sheets of really big wrapping paper and make the volume so large unnecessarily. I continued just watching them pack but what he did again was that he filled half of the box with bundle of papers!!! So I had to talk with their leader that if more than half of the box will be filled with paper, the volume will go over much more than estimated. But the leader of movers (Francisco) said ‘we charge you by weight, not by the volume, so it’s ok how much space your boxes take up’. But I have never heard of a cargo company charge by weight so we called the manager (Magda) and she said they will charge us by the volume!! However the leader (Francisco) instead of apologizing of his lying, he got mad and he refused to work properly. And he started packing without any protection!!! What a non sense!! So my partner and I started to pack by ourselves in a sensible way and guess what he was doing?! He was just standing in front of us and watch his clients work!!! I asked if he can do his work but his answer was ‘No today I am not packing you do as you want’ What an arrogant attitude! He kept saying he is professional. No way! The way he communicates(lying, walking away while talking, yelling), we can just say so immature adult! It was really difficult to communicate with him too (neither French nor English). Since he was not happy to do as clients request, we (even including his manager, Magda) asked him to do as he’s been doing with any other customer. Because I was worried by his attitude he would harm or do the job not correctly. But again he refused to do it saying, ‘No I will not do it, it will make the volume bigger’. Even though we have explained so many times we don’t want our things to be broken because of lousy packing, he kept saying ‘you don’t want the volume bigger’. I felt like I kept talking to a WALL. On top of that, when we talked about the charge, he said it’s gonna be your company anyway who will pay for us. Does that mean it’s ok to charge more by making the volume larger? Imagine if it’s an individual who pays moving with them!!! It was a horrible, terrible, and outrageous experience! And the most importantly, the leader (Francisco) was a sexist. Although we both,my husband and I were equally their clients, he ignored me all the time and never tried to listen and figure out moving get better despite of my outreach with kind words. Plus, there was a language barrier with some of movers and the leader of movers had limited language competency to communicate fully and smoothly. Anyhow, the moving has been done in an unexpected way and now we are worried so much if our stuff get damaged and broken when arrived at the destination. One good thing is that the management (Magda and other staff working at the warehouse) was nice and kind. If you are looking for a moving company, don’t go with them you will just get frustrated. If you still have to use their service, just avoid the mover named ‘Francisco’.

I moved some household items from Montreal to Dubai in December 2021. Both Stephan and Magda were very responsive and answered all of my queries and gave excellent follow-up on the ship location and delivery. I found them professional and courteous. I purchased a door to door service. The delivery team in Dubai (Deepak and Bobby), were super professional and quick and willing to fix an issue (not of their fault) as I will describe below. I received all of my items pretty much intact. My only suggestion would be to either instruct the MTL subcontractor who picks up and packs the items not to unscrew every single tiny thing (IKEA style), as it is unnecessary and can cause some damage. They broke one of the legs of my Madame de Recamier chair and there's one latch style handle of the drawer of the coffee table missing (I think maybe they started to unscrew those as well but then stopped at the first one). The delivery team kindly re-glued the leg of the Madame de recamier chair together and screwed it back on with different, bigger screws. They did advise though that I could not unscrew it again due to the way the MTL subcontractor unscrewed the legs. So my suggestion to Armstrong International would be to either advise the subcontractor to be more careful with the unscrewing or maybe get a more experienced one. But other than the MTL subcontractor, the rest was seamless. Both Armstrong International and the delivery team in Dubai were amazing. I will certainly use their services again in the future and do recommend them without any doubt. Thank you.

Cette compagnie était en charge de mon déménagement et ont causé de nombreux dommages à mes biens et véhicule. Ils n’ont déclaré AUCUN des dommages, ce qui rend IMPOSSIBLE certaines réclamations auprès de l’assurance. De plus, lors du déchargement, aucun des trois employés n’avaient un niveau d’anglais ou de français suffisant pour que l’on puisse bien se comprendre. Suite au déménagement, ils ont dit qu’il y aurait des frais supplémentaires à cause d’une charge supplémentaire que celle prévue, mais ont abandonné après leur avoir demandé les poids avant et après chargement… bref, compagnie à éviter. **Mise-à-jour** Martel Express m'ont contacté et précisent que c'était Armstrong Moving TORONTO qui avait le contrat pour mon déménagement. Ceux-ci l'ont sous-traité à Martel Express qui sont voisins de Armstrong Moving MONTRÉAL (même bâtiment...). Armstrong Moving Montréal n'auraient apparament rien à voir dans l'histoire. Bref, moi pas content de Armstrong Toronto et Martel Express. Possible que Armstrong Montréal soit mieux, laissez-nous savoir!

Incompétence à l’extrême ! Ce sont des menteurs et avec cela ils vous font payer à l’arrivée des frais supplémentaires pour un service qui ont bafoué ! Ils t’appellent pour te donner des options payantes pour tes effets personnels mais en fait ils ont déjà dans notre dos déplomber le conteneur sans notre accord!!!! Puis vous demande $1200 pour décharger et entreposer vos cartons! J’ai payé via AGS Paris (partenaire avec Armstrong moving) plus de 5000€ pour être sur de plomber et déplomber mon conteneur= résultat des courses pas de plombage à l’aller car personnels je m’en foutisme au plus haut! Je ne parle même pas du management, si vous vous plaignez mieux vaut prendre un avocat car il ne rejette la faute sur personne car ne reconnait pas de fautes bien sur et font de la politique de gentillesse envers leur partenaire commercial (ils se font un peu de lèche en passant)! A déconseiller a tous!! J’ai déménager plusieurs fois mais c’est fini avec eux!!!!

J'ai fait appel à cette compagnie pour notre retour en Europe. Julien et Anne-Marie ont été d'une efficacité redoutable. Excellent suivi, je me suis senti en confiance dès le début. Ils font appels à d'excellents professionnels pour les seconder comme en France, AGS, avec là aussi une équipe incroyable. Toutes nos affaires sont bien arrivées, nous étions tenus au courant de chaque étape, rigueur également dans le montage du dossier, les éléments demandés et envoyés sont clairs et donc aucune surprise avec les douanes Canadiennes et Françaises. Bravo pour avoir transporté mon fragile miroir vénitien auquel je tiens plus que tout. Un immense merci à cette belle équipe, Merci Anne-Marie, Danielle, Julien et toute l'équipe de AGS France.

I've moved many times in my life and I can say this experience with International Armstrong was by far the best. Since the beginning: their partners in Brazil were amazingly professional and here in Canada everything was perfect. Their delivery personal were the best I have met: very careful and mindful about what they were doing, very organized. And very gentle was well. The staff in office was very patient with my anxious expectations and was answering me always immediately after my questionings. Everything as a excellent international moving!!

We had a very satisfying experience moving from North America to Europe thanks to Armstrong Moving. We felt taken care of from the first contact, with in person evaluation, reactive answers to all our questions (both from departue and arrival teams) and very accurate advice from the sales people. L'équipe s'est chargée de mon déménagement (depuis la France ) à l'arrivée côté Montréal. La livraison a eu lieu pile le jour prévu et souhaité. L'équipe, très agréable, s'est employée pour assurer un suivi de qualité et une livraison propre. Ils sont même passés une seconde fois pour débarrasser les derniers cartons. C'était une étape assez stressante mais finalement nous avons été très vite rassuré et tout s'est passé pour le mieux. Je recommande vivement.

Service excellent au départ de Montréal comme à l’arrivée. L’estimation du volume a été faite par Visio et était très juste. Les effets ont été très bien emballés par les déménageurs. Très bonne réactivité sur les questions posées par mail, et suivi du container via internet. À l’arrivée en France l’équipe a pris le relais avec le même professionnalisme. Tout est arrivé dan ales temps prévus, et aucun dommage n’a été constaté. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

I moved from Canada to the UK in 2022. I found Armstrong (Magda and Steven) to be very responsive, timely, and friendly to deal with, resulting in a very smooth and worry free process. They provided excellent communication at all stages of my move. My goods were collected soon after booking and were handled professionally and carefully by the staff who clearly knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

They are retaining my shipment that I payed in full because storage fees at customs. They tried to clear more than 6 times without any success and now I am to pay an additional 5000 Dollars to the already 7000USD payed. Obviously knowing how to clear customs is a key skill required by a mover. Additionally the shipment was due on August 8th and I have yet to get y things( October 15)

Recently moved from Paris to Canada. Service was absolutely great. All our goods were taken care of really well. The staff Junior and Carlos were super friendly and helped unpack and arrange all the stuffs with a lot of patience. Very professional, cooperative and patient. My building’s elevator stopped working during the move and the moving staff waited for 4+ hours in the hallway, keeping an eye on the packed furniture. Ended up moving all the furniture including heavy workout equipment via stairway. Kudos on a job well done!
