I was very impressed by the service my mother and I received yesterday. At least three members of staff made sure she was ok and went to get her a seat at different times as she was standing waiting. It was a lovely retail experience in these strange CoVid times. And the things she wanted were in stock. Well done Wood Green Argos.
Made a small item purchase here. There were a few customers in the store at the time of my visit. The self-service kiosk was clean and in good working order. I received my purchase from the collections area in no time at all. A couple of staff members were available, if assistance was required.
Really helpful staff here. I accidentally paid for a single duvet rather than the double and I explained the situation to the lady at the desk. She swapped out the single duvet for a double one and just paid the difference. I also didn’t have to wait long which was a nice bonus. A great Argos!
