This is the worst Argos branch I've ever been to, with the rudest and most unprofessional staff. Do you literally hire anyone by the looks of it? In the past year we had to return an item twice as we buy a lot of stuff from Argos, the first time a young girl yelled at us because we didn't bring the item back straight ahead (we still had 20 days left to return) & a man which I'm assuming is the manager tried to sell us batteries instead (?). The second time we wanted to return an item that wasn't compatible with what we were looking for and two of the rudest women I've ever encountered just said "no the box has been opened" (how else are we supposed to find out if it's working or not as the staff there doesn't have a clue when you ask them a question?) Taken the item to another branch and didn't have a problem. It's the closest branch to our house but will gladly travel further and obviously not return to this branch. Will also file a complaint.

The customer service in this store is horrible i would not recommend going to the branch the manager is very selfish and arrogant she didnt not apologies about the inconvenience i was experiencing and she did not acknowledge me and kept sending messages through her colleague claiming that she was busy i hope this store runs out of business very soon. My advise to everyone if your looking for great customer service your better off going to Mcdonalds or KFC worst customer service in the history of man kind never going back to this store ever again. You are better off buying the product off Amazon as they are likely to have the same product with a better price and excellent customer service maybe you could learn a thing or two about from them about great customer service and maybe one day you will be a trillion dollar company

The mangager of Argos Linda in white hart lane of the store she is very this respectfull for the custumures rude to staff shouting out like crazy to staff and she does not now what she doing on her job i have borugh laptop from argos hp for my course and was very slow laptop so i look for refund that back and she take 1 hour of my time and did not refund me back this is the worst manager i have seen manager of the store her name was i think linda so i would sugest you guys to dont use this store i went to another store of argos and i was happy this LINDA THE RUDEST LADDY I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE I THINK YOU SHOULD SPEAK WITH THIS LADDY ABOUT HER RESPONSABIILITY AND THAT I HAVE BEEN SHOWIN ALEARDY THAT I GOT WARENTY FOR THE REFUND 30 DAYS AND THATS WAS ONLY 14 DAYS LAPTOP SO SHE SO RUDE PLS SOMEBODY SPEAK WITH THIS LEADY

Very rude staff apart from Paula who is very helpful & professional If I grade a 5 STARS, which are dedicated to PAULA ONLY, who is the best manager ever. A very helpful & kind person, who always cares about customers. I really recommend her to all Tottenham in sainsburys customers Her motto is her client, who must leave the store satisfied, and it is really my case every time. She helped me to return a laptop which was manufactured faulty, and which other staff refused to refund. She is very professional and she is very wired, she knows her job properly. THE BEST PERSON AT THE BEST PLACE Bravo PAULA, I would never find enough words to thank you. I wish you all the best, a successful career ❤

Items bought on ebay for click and collect from this location appear to go missing as this has occured several times. The two senior staff members are okay but others are not and items are very often also not in the correct locations or are only found when i have spoken to ebay customer services. For example i went there yesterday the 20th July to get two items and one was missing and ebay are now involved and one item from several week ago which was lost was suddenly found stuck in one corner.

The staff in this are so friendly, you don’t feel rush and they are always ready to help! I was serve by Rianna I hope this is her name she was was so helpful explain about the breakdown of my last TV which she introduced the extra cover, I was so happy to take as I was dishearten by my last TV Rianna explained all the benefits of having it:))) will definitely use this shore again!!!

The manger “Linda” needs to be fired is the rudest staff member I know clearly I’m not the only one who has had the pleasure of a bitter person Argos life is hard enough you don’t need staff like that your end up closing your doors for good Argos WAS my favourite shop up until yesterday (15/07/22) guess now il still to Amazon and eBay who has never failed me

Both the lovely ladies on shift today were super helpful in getting my 5 items ready for me in less then 3 mins, especially the manager Rehanah. 2 of the items were very large and they even helped me load into my trolly. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend and I will be back.

Went to pick up an item, very friendly staff, quick service, only a couple of other people in there, it's a little hard to find as it is tuck away right at the back and there is no signs giving directions,

Just pop in grab items ordered online then go shopping round sainsbury b4 or after also member staff very helpful in dealing with my enquiry regarding item been returned

Inside in then Sainsbury food store at the end a little place is Argos shop. But wonderful new style computer oriented all Argos Catalogue items available.

Staff are very rude Spoke to manager he told me I was wrong ..after I spoke to the supervisor made rude remark say that should learn English

Today I've been to argos and I wanted to by some product but unfortunately there was some 2 men that were staff they were very rude to me .

I went to return a item Mus and Rehannah the staff was very friendly and helpful. I am very happy…I am very thankfull for their service…

Argos anything you need also argos has merged with my favourite food and clothing store Sainsbury yay …

still not opened........ doing decoration and construction. Good in an one place Sainsburys and Argos.

It's a clean place and although they didn't have what I wanted they tried to be as helpful as possible
