Late night at Arby's? At Baymeadows and Western way? Ummm, no thanks! It seems the food is cooked to order, so there is ALWAYS a lonnnnng wait. But why does my food taste old and dry? What was the wait for? My sister and I spent just under 50.00 for 2 orders 2 small shakes 1 large shake 1 large peach lemonade 1 medium coke Fish wrap meal 3 pc tender meal Brisket meal Chicken bacon swiss replaced with cheddar. All curly fries Small Jalopena bites NO ONE finished their meal. My 6 year old didn't even finish his meal and he is a chicken and fry fanatic. This was a horrible late night run. 95% waste of money because the milkshakes were good. All of us finished our shakes. I enjoyed my jalopena bites. This sucks because I LOVE Arby's and this is the only location close by. Tighten up Arby's cooks. Everyone expects fresh food after waiting in line 20 - 30 minutes.... sometimes nearly an hour. I dont mind the wait, if my food is good. After waiting that long, I expect piping hot, fresh food in my bag. Staff and cooks, if you are overwhelmed, please find a different place of employment that is better suited for you. Sincerely super frustrated. We would really like our money and time back.

Do you know what I hate more than wasted time, 40 minutes worth of time, is wasted money. Drove 18 minutes there,18 minutes home, got home only to find the food that I ordered was not what I ordered. Now they're not answering the phone and the receipt that I was given has barely any ink, so I can't read it. In the Drive-Thru line a young lady was taking my order, gave her every little detail through the microphone, only to get to the window and have a guy make me tell my order all over again, only to get the wrong food in the end. I was charged for bacon and extra cheese as well didn't get them neither. 2 sandwiches, cheese and bacon added, $12 plus change. So how incompetent do you have to be to work at this place?? And they charge you to swap out cheese?? I've never heard of that before and I used to work at an Arby's in New York if the people didn't want cheddar cheese it's easily swapped out for the white cheese. But I guess these are new rules so guess I won't be going back to this Arby's I'll continue to go to the one at the pilot on 95 North

It was about 11:40pm when my boyfriend and I rolled through the drive-through. He LOVES the Beef n cheddar, he asks to go get one ALL the time! He ordered the $5 meal deal with, of course, his beef n cheddar, but asks to upgrade his drink to a milkshake. Now I'll admit their milkshakes are pretty good, the ultimate chocolate is my favorite and they're not too expensive either! Well much to our surprise the lady informs us that their shake machine is "down for the night." I can't tell you how many times we've wanted a shake and they clean their machine early and won't sell us any!! What's the point in even having it if you don't use it?? It says they were open until 1 am, so why are you shutting the shake machine down a whole 2 hours before closing time??? At this point I would tip the lady like $5 to turn that thing back on and spin me a shake! We asked her what time they stop selling shakes and she said "um usually around 11:50-11:55." One night we called ahead to ask about the shakes and the manager said they should be making them all the way up to close! Dissatisfied with our visit last night for sure.

I am very upset about this specific Arby's. Our family loves Arby's but this is the third time this has happened to us. We go around lunch time and they close the drive thru and the lobby and serve no food because they are getting a delivery. This is not the first time why on earth the manager is allowing a shipment at noon and watching customers walk away. They close the whole store I have a autistic son who wanted to come here for lunch and when they closed I asked to please allow me to get food for my son he only wanted mozzarella sticks, fries and milkshake. The manager said no and I had to Google the next closest and found one. This is terrible and corporate should know about this. There are hard working people who have limited time for lunch and it made me sad to watch them waste time coming here. I do believe during lunch time customers would expect a food place to be opened. I'll never come to this Arby's again.

Super friendly staff with very clean and frigid dining room. Curly fries are still their best feature and honestly I usually don't eat at Arby's just because their flagship fare is something I would much prefer served cold sliced very thin and made by boars head purchased preferably at Publix so that it can be piled on top of a couple of slices of their fresh bakery rye. But the reason this visit gets 5 stars is because I was in absolute shock at the quality of their gyros. With the departure of Miami subs from the area there was no where to get a gyro without sitting down for full service. The "Athenian Owl" is down the street a couple blocks but they close at two o clock. The meat is mild with probably 20%lamb and is seasoned nicely. And it's the perfect afternoon fix when a burger just won't do

Just went through the drive-thru and they always ask you to pull forward as soon as they paying money because obviously they're trying to cheat their timer. But the worst part was the black lady with braids in the window. Thought it was a great idea when she was filling up. Somebody else's cup when the ice fell onto the counter to go ahead and pick it up with her hands and put it back into the ice container that they're obviously going to use for another customer. This was after she touched my card as well as countless others. I'm sure. Then tried to deny it. Unsanitary not coming back.

I went there for their steak sandwich that I had purchased several time several months ago. Unfortunately the stopped selling it! Oh no! It was delicious! Why did they take off something so delicious? They need to put it back on the menu! So, I asked for the largest roast beef sandwich they had. Well, it had a lot of meat. But it was just an Arby's roast beef sandwich with more roast beef. I was very disappointed. I should have ordered something else. But, the rep was friendly and courteous.

Arby's! They have the meats! Which I always get a 'market fresh ham and swiss' sandwich. Easy enough, not a heavy meal. The bread seems to be a multi grain. This arby's was good, employees were nice and pleasant. Drive thru was clean. It's off interstate ninety five and I have experienced many a quick service restaurant of an interstate and have had horrifying experiences. So top notch to this arby's, y'all keep the meats cooking and we'll keep on coming!

This Arby's has great food. The service is a little slow and they seem to get backed up easily. I can appreciate they are making food to order but this location has a tight drive through and only one window to service.

Stoped in for the 2 for $6 fish and found some really nice people, fast service and good food. Why not give 5 ? Fish Sandwich was a typical white fish without much extra taste even though we got the one with cheddar cheese on it and must say it is a large sandwich. Would we buy it again...yes but wish it had more snap. Fires were the curly style and tea was good. We will return.

The 2 for $7 deal was an excellent for the French dip it was excellent dip was good and plenty of meat inside

Used to be the only place I’d go for lunch. It has quickly turned into a place I will no longer revisit. Three times in a week they messed my order up. Just got a chicken sandwich and they forgot the chicken…. Went from five starts to one… the crew you had did great work, the people there now are terrible minus the girl in the drive thru window. Do better Arbys.

Was kind of a late find after many years around but “curly fries” are the best! A person used to some spice and flavor will like these over traditional fries which you find in most of the places. The new addition - strawberry & cream fried pie is very tasty at an affordable price!

Was very impressed with this Arby's today. Staff was very friendly and helpful and when they weren't waiting on anyone they were in the lobby straightening up cleaning in being trash. I guess one of the managers thought the place was empty and she came into the lobby and yelled great job guys! That was good to hear. I will be going back to that Arby's

This was my first time at an Arby's and since it is a fast food place, my expectations were low. I was however, blown away by how great their customer service was in the drive thru. I ordered the hot honey boneless wings with fries and it was so good! I am a very picky so that is saying a lot. I will definitely be returning.

Drive thru service was a zero. The cashier was too busy talking to people they allowed inside after the dining room was closed to properly handle serving the one order they had. The arbynator I ordered was poorly put together. No one should ever buy this sandwich! Poor service and food quality. Drive past this Arby's.

Arby's has been great it is a classic place and food was hot and fires were crispy and every thing was clean and friendly. Love the visit

I had to try their Prime Rib Cheese steak sandwich meal. The sandwich was tasty with a good amount of cheese. The hoggie sub roll was soft like I like it. The crinkle fries were tasty but the blue Ocean drink wasn't that great.

This is the first arby’s that I have been to and the wait time was way to long my mom got the burger and the sauce was way two watery and we both got the mozzarella sticks and mine were not as good as always and the only good thing is that we knew that the food was fresh that’s why I gave them 2 stars

Waited 10 minutes in line then when I got to the register they decided to open another register. Then my food was ready, getting cold while I was still paying. Food fast is good but why do I have to wait so long just to order. Food was correct just not as hot as it could have been.

Service is always fast and the staff is friendly. Food is always hot and tastes good. My only issue is that I have received incorrect items in my order on one or two occasions. That aside, however, this is one of the better fast food places in the area.

Your typical Arby's in the way of absolutely delicious meats! Friendly staff and clean facilities. As usual you're going to pay a little extra compared to other fast food places but the quality and quantity of their sandwiches are worth every penny!

Waited 15 minutes in drivethru to order. Then after paying we waited another 15 minutes before going inside to find out where our food was. You should close if you don't have staff, not accept money and not deliver a service in a timely manor.

Went during off peak hours. Waygu meal. Place was clean staff quick and efficient. Still having issue getting meat for waygu right. Thin pinkness with areas of dry but flavorful burger. I like burgers and meal is quite the deal but still dry.

There is a very nice employee named Luis at this store who is very friendly!! I go there a lot for lunch. He is always super nice and great at his job. He always makes me feel welcome!!!

I seldom give 5 stars... 4 is enough to indicate good job all around. But I have to raise my year-old 4 to a 5, I go in from time to time and don't know how a fast food joint could do better. Very professionally run, unusual these days.

Drove through for some milkshakes for the kids in the afternoon. Milkshakes were delicious (love their jamocha) but they did not get the order correct for my daughter's shake. She didn't mind though as their flavors are all pretty good.

I must say we have truly been sleeping on arby's hamburger. I was really hesitant to try but remind me of good burger cause they said the good burger. I gave it a shot. Not bad not bad at all. Try I think you're Like it More

This restaurant as well as the one on San Jose by I-295 have always been clean. Food is ready in a few quick moments. They have good menu options for lower calorie sandwiches. I have never had a bad experience as of yet.

The dollar menu that starts at 2PM and ends 4PM? is great. All sliders, sm fries, sm shakes and sm drinks, cookies just $1.00 each. I get a full sack full of food.

There just is no care to preparation of meals here. You'll get cheese sauce only on half of your beef and cheddar deluxe every time.
