For 15 + years, I've been driving from Sandy to the Apothecary Shoppe downtown too enjoy the most kind caring professional treatment I've ever experienced or witnessed! When I walk in at least 3 or 4 Associates will always say "Hi Mark". Because I have several repeating scripts,! I make a lot of trips to visit them. Never once in all those years did I ever wait ungreated for even 1 min! Every single Employee there is always happy & willing to listen to me babble about a question or a story etc. I have valued Friendships with many of the Staff and I'm immensely grateful for their caring & loving attitudes they always share with me! I have NEVER once experienced condescending can't do attitudes that often occurs at the big box store Pharmacies. It's always what they can do to help me! There have been so many hours of thier time spent consulting me about questions or concerns I've raised regarding mental & physical health! You are a special, unique and valued Patient that they truely always care for when you visit The Apothecary Shoppe! I am a nurse. I work in TWO hospitals, Primary Children's and the University of Utah Hospital. I LOVE the Apothecary Shoppe and will only go to either hospital pharmacy if I absolutely have to. Apothecary Shoppe has been helping me for about 9 years and over that time they have come through with coupons that saved me money, calls to my insurance company when needed and they've caught some complications others have missed. I can try and fill a script at the hospital with 3 times the staff and I have to wait upwards of an hour, the small staff at the Apothecary Shoppe have never kept me waiting more than 5 minutes. They take the time to know their patrons names and they actually use them! I feel like they know me and that is not common in healthcare in this day and age. I send my patients to them at every opportunity and recommend them to friends and family all the time. The HIGH level of service, attention and professionalism they show every single time I walk in the door is stunning and I truly wish there were more businesses out there that operate like this one. I LOVE YOU APOTHECARY SHOPPE!!

This hidden little pharmacy is truly a gem in SLC! Quality everything, excellent service, very little wait time - just the time it takes to fill - and the staff seem genuinely committed to customer care and well being. I’ve never had an issue calling them up or not being able to speak to a pharmacist. They were very helpful in the vitamins section too (of which I also noted to be priced reasonably). For the people who do not believe “all generics are the same”, I’m with you! Some are complete garbage. I switched pharmacies after Walgreens changed manufacturers, the pills were completely different and some started giving me headaches and not working at all. I do not know how pharmacies go about choosing manufactures, but I can tell you my meds seem to be a higher quality now and are working correctly again. I don’t often leave reviews, but I hope this will help someone out!

I've been meaning to write a review of The Apothecary Shoppe for some time. They have been my primary pharmacy for nearly ten years. Frankly, I wouldn't consider going to any other pharmacy in the Salt Lake City area.The entire staff knows my name the minute I walk in the door I get a friendly hello. My prescriptions are always ready when I need them. There is never a long line or long wait when I pick up my prescriptions. I lived in Cottonwood Heights for nine years and drove by hundreds of pharmacies to still enjoy the friendly service, accurate prescription fills and overall experience of working with Kevin and his amazing staff. They've been extremely helpful when I've needed a "specialty" prescription and they are always willing to explain a new prescription when I have questions. Thank you Kevin, Trevor, Ally and the rest of the staff at The Apothecary Shoppe!

I have several mental health struggles, including ADHD, which is medicated with a controlled substance. I’m used to being treated like a sketchy person, and generally I have just felt really uncomfortable at the pharmacy. NOT SO WITH APOTHECARY SHOPPE! I walked in there, anxious af, ready for problems and judgment, and these people greeted me and asked me what I needed immediately. They asked my name, and used it the entire time I was there. The MULTIPLE people helping me were so kind, and helped me navigate a prior authorization. The way they talked to me made me feel like royalty, honestly I was gobsmacked. Every person I talked to was kind, attentive, and went out of their way to help me and make sure I was comfortable. This is literally the best pharmacy I have ever been to, and I HIGHLY recommend it. TLDR I LOVE THE APOTHECARY SHOPPE 100/10

Dr.Kevin and staff, i struggled for a couple weeks looking for a pharmacy that would give my younger brother a shot, coming from a diff state not knowing where and who to call these guys stepped up outta nowhere and was able to help, til this day we see Dr.Kevin and staff every 3 weeks for a certain shot and they don’t disappoint!!! They continue to try and hold a conversation with my brother to make him feel at ease the facility is so clean reminds me of my childhood pharmacy that my grandma always went to, they treat you with respect and actually speak to you!! Thanks guys for your help!!!

Customer service, courtesy, but so far beyond the usual...think polite, knowledgeable, always always ready to care and support you their customer. The staff...I love them all. I was recommended to this pharmacy by a friend and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here. The staff was really nice and friendly, they even gave me a good laugh (which was well needed) :) They were eager to help me get things handled and my prescription was ready in no time. It was my first time picking up a prescription at this pharmacy. Everything was handled quickly and easily. I could have chatted with Courtney for hours. She was very helpful and kind. She hand paints the cutest gift cards that are sold there, and they even have pet toys and cute gifts. It's the first time I've ever looked forward to going back to the pharmacy ❤

When I go in they call me by name. They know if my Dr. needs to call for an renewal ahead of time. They even deliver if I can't get there before they close. They greet you with a smile and ask about my spouse every time and even know if his RX's are ready to be filled or picked up also. THEY ARE ALL GREAT!

Awesome little local pharmacy! We made the switch over a year ago from Walgreens after consistent supply issues and haven’t looked back. Their hours may not be as long but the staff is so nice and goes above and beyond to make sure we get what we need at the best price. Can’t recommend them enough.

I've never encountered a more knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient staff at a pharmacy in my entire life. Having recently moved, I was concerned about finding a pharmacy close to my new home to fill my prescriptions. Hard to find service of this level ANYWHERE .

Every time I need either a refill or a new prescription filled, I get a phone call notifying me confirming that it’s needed. They are filled quickly and accurately and the energy in the pharmacy is always positive and welcoming when I pick up. I strongly recommend!!!
