Anthropology will not post my review on their website so i came here. I ordered a storage bench from their furniture department. This is my first and last furniture purchase from them. They shipped it via ups which I was a little unsure about but ok fine. It was delivered in the middle of my driveway standing up on its end. I could tell it was going to be damaged. It was like the driver backed up his truck and pushed it out. The side it was standing on ended up being split up the back. The top decorative trim was busted off. Shipping it back would have been a nightmare and I didn’t have a way of getting it to the store that was nearly an hour away. Luckily my husband is going to mend it as best he can. Despite the obvious mishandling, the quality of the piece itself did not justify the price tag. The paint job was uneven and the trim on the other parts were put on crooked. While I understand most of this issue has to do with the delivery method, Anthropology has refused to post my reviews of the product itself or acknowledge my issue. I have been a long time customer but I now guarantee I will be telling everyone about this experience. I will never buy furniture from them again. If they are going to sell overpriced pieces they should really at least rethink their shipping and packaging.

I went in with my mother around 8:45 ish, as soon as I walked in I was told fitting rooms were closed and that store was going to close soon so I said sure no problem, while I was looking someone else approached me and said the same thing so I said ok I’m taking these pants and while I was picking a size for my mother another employee named LINDSAY said registers were gonna close 5 min before closing time and I said ok in 2 min I will check out then she raised her voice with a dirty look and said well is gonna close, I was so embarrassed with my mother by the attitude of this employee, I’ve worked retail before and I felt harassed I didn’t bothered anyone I didn’t make a mess I went for something and I got it, perhaps because they’re ready to get out on a Friday night , I honestly wasn’t going to purchase anything after her attitude with me, but my mother liked the jeans so I got it. I think if you’re going to get a job like this at least be fake and be nice to people.

Let me first say that I Absolutely love Anthropologie clothes!!! I went in the Hyde Park store on today. I was not greeted or spoken to when I walked in. Management was in the front of the store changing the setup and no one said a word. They just looked at me. I walked thru the store, went to the back looking at the merchandise, associates passed by me and did not say a word. Finally a associate did come out of the back and she did say "hello, how are you, can I help you find something " I said to her, "thank you for speaking/greeting me I told her how no one had spoken to me or greeted me, she apologized. I watched the associates greet other ladies that had come into the store. I think the employees/management really should do better. It should not matter who come into that store the staff should be friendly to every customer!! That definitely won't stop me from ordering from Anthropologie, the clothes are great!!

I have been going to Anthropologie for years And years I am 62 years old now Amd o was introduced to Anthro by my Sister who was always the sharpest most amazing dressed person at every function! When you buy the clothes they not only look amazing on but they feel soooo GOOD AND FIT PERFECT TOO I have a tradition with my daughter who is also an Anthropologie girl Thanks to momma lol We go for every birthday and every Christmas Amd shop and pick out out outfits ❤️ We love the dresses And unique tops and skirts also. Our favorite thing to splurge on is the candles were in love with volcano scent now I just bought the big 3 wick new fall scent it smells heavenly well I just wanted to say Thanks Anthropologie for all the cool stuff you have And for all the amazing memories we made And will continue to make❤️

Zero stars I would give Anthropology for their terrible customer service. On 10/20/2020 I placed order no AP09216884 for some boots. Later these same boots went on discount so I contacted them and they honored the discount. What I didn't know is that they never cancelled my original order and placed a second order no AP09963642 :(. A month later I got an email saying that the boots were out of stock and they were not going to arrive until end of Dec or Jan. At that point I contacted them to cancel my order since I was going on a trip for several weeks and I wasn't going to be able to be home to get receive the boots. They still mailed and charged me for the second order and mailed the boots. I never saw the boots. They were probably stolen and Anthro won't take any responsibility for this. :(

I went to the Tampa location to exchange a beautiful floral print pink dress, the store didn’t carry the dress, and my size was unavailable online…Lauren, the associate who was at the register, took exceptional care of me, she went over and beyond to ensure I was a satisfied customer, prior to leaving the store. Due to the optimum customer service Lauren provided, I decided to keep the dress and have it tailored to fit. Lauren is an asset, she understands delivering CSAT with a smile, positive energy, and simply being a delightful Sales Associate. I was also greeted by another associate Olivia?, who made my experience worth the drive and effort.

I have to say this is an Outstanding Store!!! I've had Jessie help me numerous times and she's so kind. Jessie is an Excellent Sales Associate. I called and spike with Alex. Alex works in the furniture section of the store. I have to say, " she was Incredible too"! I love Anthropologie. I love the Tampa Store more than anything!!! We purchased our Sonali Dining Table and now our Coffee Table from them. They couldn't of be kinder. Thank you. God's peace and blessings P.S. We've purchased bar stools, and dining chairs. Everything is so comfortable, and we're really happy with our purchases. I had glass made for the dining table. It looks awesome.

We were in town for a wedding and needed a last minute dress for the rehearsal dinner. Found the perfect dress and even found a dress for NYE. The sales associate Grace was fantastic. She was stylish and represented the Free People brand perfectly. She was able to read the room if you will and know what kind of customers we were. Great conversation and she also recommended the perfect nail salon for us to get last minute mani/pedis. The girl at the register was also super cute and friendly. It’s not often you get fun experiences in retail store these days especially at the mall. Two thumbs all the way up for these girls.

I have shopped at other Anthro stores, mainly in NYC, and I have never been disappointed until now. Both the sales associate as well as the manager on staff gave me a hard time over a return. I was in a rush to meet some friends at a local restaurant so I opted to just leave with my unreturned merchandise, but needless to say I was quite upset and disappointed. I will not be returning to this store which breaks my heart because in turn, they are losing a loyal customer. and I am losing out on a fun and unique little store. Sometimes principle outweighs enjoyment, and this is one of those times.

All Anthropologies feel the same way. The people that work there are always friendly. It always feel like the employees look the same despite it being different stores. It may just be me. The stores always smell amazing and welcoming. The layout is very spacious, which is a huge plus since it allows to accommodate social distancing. It is merely a byproduct of their stores' overall layout scheme. I find the pricing is always too high. Even with money to spare, the pricing does not justify the product. My better half enjoys the store so get to visit from time to time.

I’m an A thropologie-aholic lol! And I adore this Anthropologie store and it’s location (surrounded by gorgeous landscape, a mini park with a waterfall, and tons of other great little shoppies)! The girls have always been so friendly and helpful. Even when I had a return for my mom’s gift from Mother’s Day 4 months later, the girls STILL were super friendly and customer service oriented so they let me exchange the item my mom didn’t like for one of equal value I thought she might love way better. Super impressed with the store AND the staff. Love you guys, thanks!

Save your money and time. Company is joke. Purchase dress/and cocktail ring online and never received it! They claim they verified it was received without providing valid proof of signature or solid due diligence to properly research! They had the audacity to advise I take the time to file a claim with my bone insurance for a dress!!!! After they initially told me I would receive a refund 2x. This is ridiculous and they are a scam!! I will be filing claim with my credit card company and the better business bureau!

Had one of the most friendliest and professional customer service experiences EVER at Anthropologie in Hyde Park Village today. Had an issue with returning 2 items and the receipt being hard to decipher but the manager and wonderful staff pitched in to solve the problem collectively… this is why I love this store and keep coming back!! Big thanks to Lindsay the manager, Elissa, Lucy, Becca & Lauren… you ladies are rockstars and have the best attitude!! -April

Ordered wallpaper online from Anthropologie and received the wrong wallpaper. So I contacted support and they sent me the right wallpaper and Anthropologie charged me a second time for their mistake. I have to call back and they won't take away the charge so I have to get my bank involved to dispute this fraudulent charge. Bad service recovery and shady practices. I will not use them again for my home needs.

I love this store!!! I enjoy the options available through Anthropologie. And specifically when it comes to the store I've also had wonderful interactions with the employees -- and I've been visiting this store for many years! What I also specifically like about this location is the size of the store. I love having more options to shop from!

The clothes are a little pricey, but we'll made and fashionable. The major problem with this place is how the staff treats you as they constantly surround you to notice you not stealing. The dead non friendly eyes are present in everyone. I don't recommend that you go to this location if you really want to buy $190 sweaters with no pockets.

Most of the staff was super nice and helpful but our cashier was absolutely terrible with an attitude. Had her back turned to us most of the duration of our transaction, plopped our bag on the counter, and said here you go, bye. Giving an extra star for awesome floor workers. Definitely won't be back though.

Love this store!!!! Yes they're a bit pricey, but the quality is fantastic and you get what you pay for; this stuff is worth every penny. My favorite part of the store is their home section...unique, fun, and classy items for the kitchen, dining room, bedroom, and all other areas of your home!!

I probably come her too often, I want to move in, is the problem. The decor is amazing and the clothes are amazing too. Employees are really nice as well. Love the houseware side and also the furniture too. Love love love it all.

My mom loves shopping here and she always raves about the quality and style of the clothes they offer. Things can be a little expensive but she says if you check out the discount area you can find some great deals.
