The new owners sketchy on paying people. Owner walks into people's trailers without knocking. Many tenants are just horrible to those that do repairs. No water spickets for tenants which is not safe if water is needed outside a trailer for any reason. Would recommend to look elsewhere for a place to live. So much patch work it is patch on top of patch.

The place is full of cats and they spray all over everything, and as far as the people j only meta few of them and one of them was my roommate for all of a week and a half and she was so money hungry like she was on drugs or something.

The number listed a woman pick up and says it is the wrong number and just hung up. How are you all going to have a website with a number that is not for the leasing office.

Under new ownership and redevelopment, it's a great affordable place to live already and getting better every day.
