From the start of me requesting for an appraisal to receiving the appraisal, their service are more than wonderful. He is also very caring and honest. He delivered what I needed in short period of time, I received so many information about real estate that I did not know before, their team works very efficiently and always keeps me up to date. Their presentation is the best I've seen by far after dealing with other agents! I might not be selling right at this moment, but when I am ready, I know I would choose Anderson! What a relief it was to have an expert like Matthew in our corner, he turned a difficult situation into an enjoyable experience. With two homes to sell and another to purchase it was tricky maneuver. To Matthew’s credit he was fast, incredibly efficient and always a gentlemen. When deciding to move we never thought we would a find real estate service as good as Anderson Family. My son just got out of the army and wanted too relocate back too where he was born with his partner and one year old child he put a offer in on a property Peter had for Sale , after multiple attempts trying too contact Peter after signing a contract he never heard back from him So I tried too contact Peter as I thought well maybe he’s off the mark and maybe I could help out Not one call back from Peter myself It’s poor service from selling too buying as I would of brought up above what was being offered Poor service Peter

I first thought very highly of Peter when buying a property from him, however as soon as the owner agreed on the price - the true colours came out. He didn't return phone calls, would flat out refuse to speak to my husband, and it turned into a very stressful sale. Furthermore, he promised that the rubbish at the property would be removed prior to settlement - however, when the time came, he did nothing to keep his promise. Would not recommend, and will never use to buy or sell another property.

Very professional real estate organisation in Sandgate, highly recommended after moving from another real estate company in Aspley. Peter and his team view your rental property as an asset to maintain and improve upon and tenant it accordingly.
