"Nice, clean and peaceful space, I know this place since 2018, and most of the time before i start working go there and take my lunch break and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, even before the pandamic use to have coffee shops I get my coffee and snacks from there but its close, hope reopens soon, and use to have professional security but recently some of afternoon security are unprofessional, But staring at you and walking around you back and forth, like you doing something wrong or you are not welcome, while you eating your lunch and taking peaceful break, i know that as a security person, they have to walk around and make sure everything is fine, but this is not like that and it's too much, that's make me uncomfortable , I don't understand why they doing this, Because it's open for public, and as long as you are not doing illegal things, I believe you have a right to be there and take a break as new York city residents, that's not how professional security person works, and need to be friendly"

Great place. The art and architecture is beautiful, the atmosphere was so calm I thought it was a library at first. Plenty of places to sit and eat with a nice cafe in the middle. A very comfortable place to rest and relax. …
Interesting modern art. In the middle of a beautiful atrium. Right now, 10/24/2018 they have fascinating exhibition that includes prints you can augment reality into animated works with your smart phone
It's an amazing space. It feels like one's own ecosystem during the day. Events in the evening provides the exhilarating exuberance you would hope for in an exhibition.
A must see and intimate experience for a chance to see different collections of art located near the South Street Seaport. Unique and entertaining venue!
Beautiful open interior art space and the owner Ronni is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet.
