De medewerkers achter de balie bij de ingang zijn erg onbeschoft en onvriendelijk. De communicatie verloopt slecht, omdat ze niet naar je luisteren en een mening klaar hebben zonder überhaupt te weten waar het over gaat. Ik begrijp niet dat als ze zo'n hekel hebben aan hun werk dat ze niet op zoek gaan naar een andere baan waar ze geen ijverige studenten hoeven weg te pesten. Het studeren in de bibliotheek is echter wel erg prettig. Ik kan me goed concentreren en de studieplekken zijn goed.

The library itself is pleasant, nothing to complain about. However, the staff seem unaware that this is a library, and therefore a quiet place. They talk very loudly, shouting at each other while the students are working. It's a pity, because if the staff were respectful of the students/researchers, this could actually be a nice library.

Nice library, esp. because open till late. However one of the receptionists really needs replacing. ALWAYS unfriendly and crazy rude (white guy in his 50s, mostly there for evening shifts). Have heard multiple complaints about him already. Giving one star hoping someone might read this and talk to him.

Very rude receptionist guy, clearly hates working there. Thinks he owns the place. A nice face that welcomes you when you enter the building would be a lot nicer since a tough day of study needs some encouragement! Go find somewhere else to make people feel bad.

Really sweet receptionists! I’ve been coming here for a couple weeks and so far always was treated professionally and was helped when needed, Im not an uva student (from a different uni), they were really informative and helped me in getting a library card!

Vaste espace confortable et agréable. Allez au 7 étage afin d’avoir une vue de la ville depuis la plateforme extérieure. Endroit parfait pour s’asseoir au calme quelques minutes.

You can bring your stuff inside and it' s pretty chill but also not very beautiful but it is a decent library. Definitely recommend it. Also long opening hours

Wat een behulpzame mensen als je op zoek bent naar een invalide wc en je moet heel erg nodig naar de wc. Ze hebben het voor ons mogelijk gemaakt. Bedankt!
