I don’t normally provide reviews or feedback, but wanted to make an exception in this case. I recently lived through one of Texas’s crazy hail storms where I was certain my roof took the brunt of the storm. The next day I was inundated with roofing companies wanting to replace my roof, and for the most part I told them all to keep moving as I am one of those folks that don’t want to make an insurance claim unless I know it’s warranted. Then my doorbell rang and there stood Will with a co-worker, both gentlemen standing away from the door respecting my space, and both were clean professionally dressed in company shirts, and exceptionally polite. They were also looking to inspect roofs in the area for damage, but were somehow different and gave my wife and me a very comfortable feeling. I explained I was only interested in getting an honest assessment of my roof and its condition, and not a well maybe. Will assured me that he was a professional and not interested in wasting his time or mine. They inspected my roof, gave me their assessment, documented everything, and explained their role in the process if I was interested. I made the call to my insurance company that same day and filed the claim. American Elite Roofing met the insurance adjuster at my house they did the inspection together and a week later I was notified by my insurance company that my claim had been approved. I called Will to let him know, and within a week Will had 15 workers start at 7:15 in the morning, tarped around the entire house, tore off the old roof, replaced all required flashing, drip rail, installed underlayment, installed new roof shingles, painted all pipes and covers to match roof color, and cleaned the entire area to better than when he got there condition and was finished by 6:30 pm. I literally did almost nothing, Will took care of everything, and the roof looks spectacular. If you need a roofing job done and done well, I have no hesitation at all in recommending American Elite Roofing. And NO I was not paid to write this recommendation, they are truly that good.

I've never written a review like this but then I have never run into such an excellent, professional business! I'm in the process of selling my home, and the inspection revealed I didn't have a drip edge and that the fascia was falling off. My wonderful realtor, Stacey Handy, recommended Will with American Elite Roofing. I've moved a lot in my life as a military spouse. I've bought and sold houses. I've dealt with many contractors throughout the years but Will and American Elite Roofing are the very best. Will came over the day I called to assess what needed done and provided an estimate. After the arrival of materials needed, his crew came out and started the work. Another issue arose during their work, and Will called me immediately. He offered different options to me. Extra material and work was required which was brought over immediately. He also sent over additional crew, and they were able to complete everything that day. Will came out that evening to inspect the work. I pointed out some aesthetic issues. He came out personally the next day to finish up some minor issues. I was so impressed! I strongly recommend them!!

My roof was damaged during the spring 2021 storms. The insurance originally denied my claim, stating they could not find damage. Will from AE roofing came out for an inspection. He found the roof to be a total loss. He told me exactly what the Insurance would ask and what documentation they would require, and he was spot on. When the adjuster came out for a re-inspection, Will was there to work with them. In less than a week, i had the check for a roof replacement in hand. On the day of the job, Will's crew showed up on time, they brought extra workers and knocked out the entire roof replacement in one day. When they left, if you didn't look at the new shingles, you would not know they were there. Their cleanup was immaculate, i found no nails, screws, pieces of shinges, etc., they even blew off the porch and driveway. We also appreciated that they took care around our shrubs and flowers, we found no damage there. It was a great experience, and I would highly reccommend Will to help you work with the insurance and his crew to finish the job.

Will was fantastic to work with right from the start! We were referred to him and I called him the same day needing a quick response as we had a possible roof leak causing water damage. He answered right away and was very kind and professional. He took my information over the phone and let me know he could come the next day which was a Saturday first thing in the morning. I received a text shortly after confirming and the next morning he let me know when he was on his way! He showed up on time was incredibly kind and professional. He went on our roof and found the issue right away. He explained it to use thoroughly and gave us a very fair price to repair it. He immediately fixed the roof same day which was completely unexpected and amazing. We needed an inspection after discovering our roof had been leaking after a satellite dish had fallen off the roof, ripping multiple holes in our roof along the way. I called American Elite and spoke with Will, who was able to come out to inspect the damage the next morning. Will is a knowledgeable professional and did a thorough inspection of the entire roof. We had rotten wood where the damage was, and all the attic vents were noted to be improperly installed and loose. Will and his team came out to fix everything within a few days. He sent pictures to me during the work, which was awesome and he matched our shingles perfectly. It was a pleasure working within this company. Will was very professional. Worked alongside the adjuster during the inspection. Walked us through all the steps involved in making a roof claim with the insurance company. Kept in touch while waiting for the supplies to arrive. Inspected after the work was completed, and returned the next day to fix a small issue with a drainpipe. The roofing crew was efficient and very tidy. When they were done, there was not a trace of a dozen guys being in the yard through lunch and snack breaks, and they did a terrific job clearing out the old roof debris. The new roof looks great, and nothing on or around the house was damaged in the process.

Had a wonderful experience with Will. My ins company sent an inspector to look for damage. Inspector notated no damage from hail and wind. Will met with the inspector while he was there. He was confident that there was damage. He gave me instructions on getting the ins company to send out an actual adjuster. After hassling with the ins company, they sent an adjuster and Will came back and met with him. Long story short the ins company covered the cost for a full roof replacement. Will had the roof completed in 2 days! Couldn’t have been happier with my overall experience.

I live in Austin. The crew did a great job on replacing my hail damaged roof, and then they they cleaned up the area around the house leaving it spotless. They were all business and finished the job in less time than we expected. The owner explained the whole insurance and payment process to us, and made it all very easy. He stopped by to see how the job was going, and then again at the end to see that everything was done correctly. He even inspected the area to see that the clean-up was thorough. Bottom line: my wife and I were very happy with American Elite Roofing.

AE was recommended by a family member who had used AE to replace their roof. This was a $30K job which made us very apprehensive. Will did a fantastic job on repairing the flashing on my roof. After a recent storm water was coming through my wall and flooding one of my bedrooms. Will was able to attend to the issue quickly and got it done within 24 hours. He was honest, friendly and very affordable.
