I had my consultation with Dr Hana Al Geilani who is one of the best specialist Psychiatrist here, and her name was the only name that was recommended to me by a friend, when I moved to Dubai and was looking for a good psychiatrist who will work with me & advice me. Initially when I moved to Dubai, I went to other Psychiatrist at a different clinic and did not have a good experience. So I was glad that Dr Hana's name was recommended. I was very happy and relived when I went to see her for my consultation , I knew I have found the right Specialist ,as we connected immediately. She is very experienced, precise and knowledgeable in her field, but she related with me on one on one level and made me feel very comfortable from the get go, and it was very easy to talk to her. She listened closely & understood my history and was very spot on quickly guide me what would be the best course moving ahead for my treatment. Not only with mediation that is prescribed, but she has been very prompt to be a guide in terms of overall health, wellbeing thru lifestyle changes that she suggested that will help me for rest of my life. What I liked about Dr Hana that she is very approachable and I could very easily connect with her, she would be in touch quickly to follow up closely to guide where some of the medications will be available etc as I am new here. I think this is the first time in all these years, I have met a psychiatrist doctor who is explaining things clearly, quick to understand the diagnosis correctly, connects and works with patients every step of the way saving precious time while making me quite aware which for me is important, as I know what the plan is ahead and how it is going to help me. I could start the right treatment for me immediately and have that level of confidence in Dr. Hana's advice, even though we had just met, so know Iam at the right place and on the right path. The clinic is working very well and efficient in assuring and explaining the insurance coverage that my Insurance policy offered they applied for it and re-confirmed my appointment once insurance was approved. So they had clearly told me what will be rest of fees payable from my side. so it is good to know in advance before I went there. Appointment started on time, as soon as I was done with registration, there was no waiting time as Dr Hana herself came to reception to introduce herself and walk me in. I would recommend this clinic & Dr Hana Al Geilani to people who are seeking help and are looking for a right place to start their journey & recovery as I had a very good experience myself.

Dr Hanan Abohamer - The bestest psychiatrist in the world. Most humble and easy going. More than 3 months ago was my first visit. Tired and fed up of life, I hated the idea of going to psychiatrist or taking antidepressants. I didn't believe in psychiatry. And when I say that I mean it in every sense of the word. I had forgotten how happiness really felt. Since few years, I struggled to do anything and everything and usually was always home by myself, closed and quite. Visit after visit with Dr Hanan, I started to realise that life was still beautiful 3 months now and I feel I am totally changed. I am back to normal person. Alive and healthy. Most importantly, ACTIVE!! I feel life again. I am more relaxed and chasing my dreams. I know that it's hard for some of us to accept that we need a help from psychiatrist and often we are scared to take this first step, but trust me, life only gets better and easier. I’m currently following up with Dr. Hanan Abohamer (psychiatrist) and Dr. Sylvia Sefa (psychologist) and my experience has been exceptional with both! Dr. Hanan has been understanding from my first appointment and recommended a comprehensive treatment plan after the consultation. She is very supportive, positive, and detailed in follow-up’s. I’ve came a long way since our first appointment. From a psychology perspective, Dr. Sylvia has been absolutely amazing and my sessions with her are very eye-opening. They’ve resulted in positive shifts in my day-to-day life starting from the first couple of sessions. Dr. Sylvia is very easy to talk to, encouraging, and gentle. She makes me feel centered and relaxed. Overall I’m glad I chose ACPN, the doctors, reception staff and whole experience is very comfortable and I definitely recommend the center for anyone going through it.

I have had consultations with Dr Hana Al Geilani in order to discuss my mental health and to assist in feeling better about my mental health, following some anxiety. Dr Hana is a very good listener and very empathic to your situation, and takes the time to listen to your symptoms and giving recommendations based on her knowledgeable experience and understanding of your situation. She related with myself very quickly and immediately made me feel comfortable and is very easy to speak to. If you are suffering from mental health issues, I would highly recommend that you make an appointment with her. She also takes the time to listen and answer any questions regarding any treatment options.

I started my sessions at the American psychiatry center in May 2023 and since day one and I felt the care and love from the whole staff ❤️ but what really made me come back again and feel much comfortable is the great feeling I had talking to Dr. Hanan Abo Hamar, she is the best, she made me feel like home. She made me really feel better from just one session and then by every session I got better and better. She always makes me laugh in my tough times. She always gives me the best advice. تعديل : رجعوا توصلوا معي وحكولي انه صار سوء تفاهم ورجعلولي المبلغ الي دفعته. ................................................................... تعامل الموظفين خاصة الي على الاستقبال سيء بشكل كبير وما بساعدوا ابدا. التأمين بغطي وبيدفع كامل مبلغ الاستشارة لكن موظفين الاستقبال مصرين انه ادفع ٢٠% واتواصلت مع التأمين وأكدولي انه هاد الكلام غلط ولكن موظفين الاستقبال مصرين على ال٢٠% وحكولي ما إلهم علاقة. بصراحة ما عمري برجع أتعامل معهم وما ينصح اي حدا يتعامل معهم.

They used to be so good!! I dont know what happened?! Dr. Hamdi and Dr. Simon are amazing. Nurses are wonderful.. The rest of the staff keep you on an overbooked schedule and do not inform you.. seriously very frustrating.. this is the 3rd time now that im facing this!! I am currently waiting and have been waiting for 15 minutes just to get a piece of paper its like my time doesn’t matter.. but people they are friends with they attend to them so fast!!

وجدت د.هنا الجيلاني عن طريق بحث جوجل وذهبت اليها لعلاج مشكلة ضعف وتشتت الانتباه. الاستقبال :مميز ،خرجت الدكتورة لاستقبالي على باب العيادة. المعاملة:مستمعة جيدة ،متفهمة، داعمة. العيادة :اطلالة مميزة على البحر تساعد على الشعور بالراحة . التشخيص دقيق: على أساس طبى وعلمى مع الاخذ فى الاعتبار جميع الاعراض والعلامات ووصف العلاج المناسب. المتابعة:مناسبة للحالة مع تقييم نتائج العلاج وتعديله فى حالة الاحتياج.

I had a consultation with Dr Hana and was very apprehensive. I avoid doctors!! I went to see her about possibly having ADHD and I must say she was absolutely fantastic. Her knowledge, qualifications and experience were absolutely first class and she was very easy to speak to and clearly answered my very irritating deeply enquiring ways!! I could not recommend high enough.
