Great new airport which is laid out to make it even easier to get in and out of than the old airport. The only drawback is that you can't go in to see your visitor come off of the plane, but that is just extra steps in a process that is inevitable.... Wait in the phone lot and have them call you when they're ready to be picked up

I can't say enough good thing about AA. Yesterday in Kansas City, Dennis Paine, ticket counter agent went above and beyond assisting me and my sister who is intellectual disabled. His unwavering kindness and thoughtfulness was remarkable. It is employees like Mr. Paine that keep our family loyal customers of American Airlines.

Flight attendance on our flight were very unhelpful and really didn't care what you're needs are or care to assist in any polite needs. Plane is wide open with seats but being next to my 4 year old was just to much to ask and were very snarky. Even after we were told we were allowed to move by the gate.

Don't waste your time or money on pre check. Standard boarding was much faster and more efficient on this trip to Dallas. We waited forever just to watch them shut down half the standard line boarding lines and let everyone go thru pre check.
