Hit and miss pharmacy. Pharmacists are absolutely lovely to their regular customers (witnessed on a few occasions). If you request their help with document certification don’t bother.... they request payment for service, $5.00 per document. Not sure how they get away with this as under the “oaths and affirmations act of 2018” (Victoria) is an offence to do so, unless the documents use is intended for use outside of Australia. They request gold coin donation for witnessing documents which is fine as it goes to charity. Chemist Warehouse at Knox had a pharmacist more then happy to help. The other staff I have found to always be polite and knowledgeable. My family of 5 won’t be using them for our pharmaceutical needs however if you require a one on one pharmacist I am sure your needs will be met.

Absolutely furious with the way I was treated by the pharmacist today. I went in to see if I could get my money back for my antibiotics that they didn't have in store so I ended up paying for both before hand and was told to return and get the other one. So the following day I said I had to take my daughter to hospital and they had to put her on stronger antibiotics & I no longer need the other one and they said that's fine thanks for letting me know with a dull annoyed look on he's face. He didn't he let me finish with what I was going to say all I wanted was a refund or store credit so I could get my daughter another medication. I can't describe how angry I am that pharmacist really should learn to get some manners and treat people with bloody respect have a good day, you lost a customer.

I went in to get my mum's (Judith) her meds for her cataract op and there experienced how lovely the ladies were. I can see their genuine care for all the customers that come in both old and young. I was so amazed really as I saw Anne Marie and Joshna addressing queries and even assisting an old customer who was a bit frantic as he has hurt himself at home. These ladies were not only nice to me but to every person that walked in their store. I stood to observe and boy was I so extremely pleased with what I saw. No wonder my mother said she will not leave or exchange going to another pharmacy. Thank you for such an excellent customer service and true kindness to other.

The last 3 times I went to get my prescription, and asked for the cheaper brand, they made the normal brand. At no point did they tell me they were out of stock (if that was the reason). Will never go back. Who knows if they even put the right thing in the box...very unprofessional. I will happily drive further away from home to get reliable service.

Extremely disappointed with the service. Waited for 20min for the pharmacist as she continued to serve others that came after me. Poor service especially by the chinese pharamaist extremely arrogant, will not recommend, and I will never be going there again.

Do not go here, the worst service. Chinese women pharmacist grumpiest women ever. Refused to sign stat Dec, and so rude even tho I had all ID requirements. Also wanted gold coin donation for the signature, as if. I'd give zero stars but it won't let me.

Absolute top customer service with big smiles and patient with my questions. Staffs provided more than enough information on medications. I am truly happy having met this local pharmacy near my house and would not hesitate to come back again.
