Went in to get some documents signed for a job I was applying for. I understand that's not the pharmacist's first priority but when I entered, no one was inside, and the pharmacist was leaning against the wall doing nothing, so I thought perfect, he has time. He very reluctantly signed 3 of my documents and then refused to sign the last 2. Why? No one was there? It would have taken him a total of 5 seconds. I offered to wait for him to complete his incredibly important task that he randomly thought of, but he literally just said no I won't do it and said he was just way too busy and that I'm wasting his time. When I left, I looked back and saw he went back to leaning on the wall doing nothing. This man was being rude for the complete hell of it, ever since then I have told everyone I know to stay far away from that place as possible.

Treated really bad today. while i waited a very long time to be served while the pharmacist chit chatted to a customer. i finally got served and as i put my purchase down on the counter the pharmacist yelled out to the other staff member, can you come deal with this！no apology for waiting or thank you for your patience. just plain rude. You are a rude man and you need to learn customer service.

Neve been to Amcal Mornington before, but I will from now on. Dropped in a script while at Main Street. The Pharmacist couldn't be more helpful. Made sure I knew all the ins & outs of the medication. Also the store assistant, Jade? I think, helped me find the perfect perfume gift for my wife, and even gift-wrapped. What a pleasure. Big thumbs UP. Thanks

Jess is an effective listener and has assisted me several times with queries regarding health. She is a lovely person to talk to and has a broad range of knowledge. In fact, I go to this chemist just because Jess works there. She is a voice of calm for medical concerns and she is very friendly and helpful. Well done.

Staff and female pharmacist are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Script is always filled quickly. The pharmacy also always has our medication in stock (we often have to call around to see if it can be filled as it doesn’t seem to be commonly stocked at most pharmacy’s). Rear parking is ample and convenient.

Absolutely will not be going back to this pharmacy! Staff very good and friendly. Pharmacist (Faulch?) not friendly, rude and not helpful at all. It was like I was interrupting his day by asking a medical question. I thought these people were here to help when not feeling well!

I popped in ready and willing to pay a dollar for a blue disposable. $3.90 for a single mask that they take from a pack that costs them peanuts!! Where's their community spirit and ethics!!
