This particular pharmacy is top shelf.. The pharmacy assistant recently won best pharmacy assistant in Australia! That is, in that group of pharmacies, which I think includes all Guardian and Amcal chemists, and it is extremely well deserved, Sheena(i hope this is the correct spelling) is absolutely lovely, and knows her stuff! Every single pharmacist here is very knowledgeable, and will actually happily help with any queries.. I have always found all the staff particularly lovely and friendly, and have visited this chemist many many times, I highly recommend it

I have just left the Guardian Pharmacy at Beaconsfeild again feeling good!! The Staff are so very helpful and sincere in all services and dealings with me, face to face or by phone! I am confident they do the very best for me personally as well as every one else who enters the Pharmacy. Prompt attention, consideration, dotting i's and crossing T's ! I travel past another closer Pharmacy as I prefer to shop at Guardian Pharmacy Beaconsfeild as its my well being they take time to care about!

Went on a Sunday couple of weeks ago and there was a rude lady in her 50s or more maybe that was abrupt and seemed miserable. She really wanted to make her authority felt and must be so unhappy . Usually the staff are nice other times but we will never go there again so they will lose business due to that lady’s behaviour. She is not good for that business and has no idea how to give customer service and make them feel welcomed.

Went in today and was met with wonderful service and advice from both the pharmacist and another staff member. Genuine in wanting to help and we’re able to direct me with great advice to assist with my concern. I’d come back here each time because of this excellent service. It’s nice to be see people still care, more than just showing up to do their job. Well done

So disappointed. Had been going to this pharmacy for over 3 years, only to realise a couple months ago that all those years I was paying double for my prescription medication compared to all other pharmacies. You should be ashamed to charge such exorbitant pricing. I now shop elsewhere for my $12.99 medication that you charged me $28 for.

Just wanted to thank the staff at Guardian chemist for delivering my medication to my home today whilst I'm in ISO. The service and the smile was fantastic. Thanks! Whilst the prescription costs are probably more than in other chemists, these folks came through with great service which is priceless.

Excellent efficiency in all areas of pharmacy. Lovely staff to say the least! They're always available to help and give advice, plus much more!! Not just a 'chemist', it's well loved by the community and they get involved in the local community. The only pharmacy that I use!!

Scripts are double the cost of every other chemist I have been to. Last time I said something and they dropped it to the regular price. This time I was in a rush and realised but just needed to get to work. Not be stopping here again

I had a very good experience, the pharmacist I spoke to was extremely caring and informative, my script was emailed to them and they had it prepped in a very short time. Lovely service and a convenient store
