As per the previous review and previous occasions, common over-the-counter medications are refused, I believe it is important for pharmacies to cater to the needs of their customers, especially when it comes to widely used and readily available over-the-counter medications. Denying access to such medications can inconvenience and distress individuals who rely on them for their well-being. While I understand that pharmacies have the right to determine the dispensing of simple over-the-counter medications, however, it is disconcerting to learn that other pharmacies in the vicinity are able to supply the medication in question. As a customer, I rely on the accessibility and convenience of over-the-counter medicines, especially when I require immediate relief from common ailments. Have been a customer for 8 years, including in the last 2 years with no issues. Went in the other day and manager Anthony told me I won't be served without a mask on. I have a valid, doctor written medical exemption which I explained and also told him it was against the law to discriminate against disability to which he responded "this is private property so I can, have some respect'. Insinuating that me following doctors advice to protect my own health was somehow a purposeful way to disrespect him and the staff. Disgusted that a pharmacy refuses service. Stating its 'private property' is just a personal way of saying 'I don't care about the law and I'll discriminate if I want to'

Never had a bad experience previously, however feel too embarrassed to return. Most recent time I went in to the store simply to browse makeup brushes and felt extremely embarrassed as I noticed a staff member standing a few metres back, staring at me, and as I smiled upon departure she visibly checked me up and down to see if I had stolen something. Felt quite strange as she was not very friendly and didn't even try to pretend she was assisting me rather than spying on me, just because I look to be in my 20s.

One of the best AmcalMax I've been in. Really friendly, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable staff. Been in the family over 30 years on this spot. Bright open well stocked pharmacy. Absolutely fantastic. The most helpful pharmacists you can come across. Had to get wound dressings for a TAC claim and they spent so much time figuring out what we needed and what we were eligible for, it was amazing. They are the only pharmacy I came across after five phone calls who invoice TAC direct - no out out of pocket and dealing with claiming receipts! Definitely recommend

Been going here for over a year. I wont mention names however the Lady pharmacist here is very rude. Have not had good experiences with her. In an area like this you cannot afford to be racist especially in a pharmacy. I have taken my business elsewhere and will not return! Good job on pushing your locals to the big chains like "My Chemist Warehouse"!!!

Andrew was so incredibly helpful, assisting me with filling a rather urgent prescription while my house was in isolation. He spoke to me on the phone, set everything up for me to put it through online and personally dropped off my order on his way home from work. We always trust his advice in the pharmacy as well. Got refused my asthma medication because ' I wasn't a local' and haven't had a script filled there before... I just moved to the area.... also , I'm told there was a shortage, so sorry about that... then proceeded to Terry Hills in Camberwell, where I was offered 2. So wouldn't recommend it if you are NOT a LOCAL.

Have been going to this pharmacy for 10 plus years and have never experienced a bad moment. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, discreet and friendly. They always take the time to properly diagnose and find the right product whether it's something as simple as vitamins or cough mixture.

This is a wonderful Chemist. I have been going to them for years and find them to be courteous, friendly and all the pharmacist’s extremely knowledgeable. I always feel safe entering this pharmacy. There dedication and consistency with the Covid rules is to be highly commended.

The chemist who owns this shop is a young guy who is sooooo nice. He always comes out from behind the counter and actually talks to people and serves at the register. In general the staff all have a helpful friendly attitude.
