Visited OP SHOP heaven at Aldinga this morning and was appalled at the blatant discrimination that was afforded me. I have a medical exemption from wearing a mask which means for medical reasons specific to me, I cannot wear a mask. I was asked at the door if I had a mask and told the person that I had a medical exemption. I was then told I was not allowed in without a mask on. I CANNOT WEAR A MASK FOR MEDICAL REASONS. I was then asked if I had my exemption with me and I stated that I did and was willing to display it even though by law I am not required to do so. Another assistant stated that this did not matter - I was still not allowed to enter. I was presuming some underpinning Christian ethic required by workers here. I was obviously wrong.

Love Op Shop Heaven staff are helpful and welcoming. Keep up the great work volunteers the shop couldn't open without you …
