This week Alma created the most stunning funeral tribute for my Mother. My Mom loved flowers and the team at Alma created exceptional arrangements from my family, as well as our many friends and colleagues. There were several arrangements sent by other florists and they paled in comparison. I wanted creative, original arrangements to reflect my Mom's personality and they completely exceeded my expectations. We received incredible comments from everyone who visited and attended the funeral. Even the funeral director had never seen anything like it. My Mom would have loved it! I just wanted to take a second to thank the florist. You were supportive in helping me as I was seeking flowers that I was thinking about for my mom's funeral this past Saturday. I found you communicative. When we went to pickup our order your shop, as I recall, was well kept, clean, nice displays. Our order was ready for pickup on time as we walked to the counter and we were in and out with the exception of looking at your display. The flowers and arrangement themselves were *beautiful*! You voiced that you were perhaps a bit concerned how small they may look. It was just right. I am very appreciative.

Very disappointed with their poor customer service. I'm never one to write a bad review about a business, but I ordered a $200 arrangement from them and when I expressed my disappointment in the value. I was told someone would assess the situation and get back to me. I was told this, by 3 different reps, one who was really rude, over 2 months trying to get a solution, but no one even called me back.. So disappointing, as they used to have great service.

I have used Alma/416-5-Flower for many years & they never fail to provide the best service & get me the biggest compliments on their stunning arrangements! I have used their web & phone service to order flowers for friends in many countries (US & Europe) - both very convenient & helpful. I've always had great customer service and the staff is very knowledgeable about the flowers and plants they sell. I ordered flowers for my mother in law and she loved the arrangement she received. I've used 416 5Flowers for the past 10 years. They are a quality florist with 2 phenomenal floral designers Inta and Brad. Their flowers are always fresh and very well arranged. Unfortunately had a very bad experience with this company. I had asked specifically to stay at $50 +tax total and at no time during my call was the Delivery Fee of $15 mentioned. I would not have ordered the small bouquet if i would have known that it would end up costing me almost $80. Very unimpressed and will not shop here again.

The florist was very clean and neat and had a calm atmosphere. I went to buy roses and the owner showed me a sample of multi-colored roses, and I bought a rose from Douzen. She was very kind and gave me a good storage method and explanation when I bought a rose for the first time. It was wrapped in fresh flowers and made beautiful.

Great selection and service. Excellent response time and attention to detail. Gave them the message I wanted on my Valentine's flowers to be delivered and they nailed it complete with smiley-winky-face. Have been using them for years and have always been able to count on them. :-)

I had a beautiful arrangement done which had to be changed at the last moment and prepared 2 days earlier than I initially ordered because of the stay-at-home order which was coming into effect. The team came through and created something so pretty and I loved it!
