Convinced an elderly lady (my mum) that the car needed a service after 2000 k’s. Went there to check a leak and have it fixed. They charged $580. Didn’t fix the issue. And caused damage so the car no longer ran properly. Took it back , they said there is nothing wrong with it. Took it to another mechanic who found the issue (that was cause by these so called professionals ) and fixed the initial problem that only should have cost me $120. (Which I paid the new mechanic ) . Highly advise to avoid their business. There are much better and more qualified and experienced around who know cars.

I had overfilled my engine and instead of taking a chance and driving, with the possible detriment of needing a new engine I called AllStar and within 30mins they were at my location and took out oil from my engine And even though the stick kept showing full I trusted they know what they were doing And now I am safe back where I live without any engine troubles So they must have emptied enough out to prevent my engine from becoming damaged due to too much engine oil Thank You AllStar I will certainly be recommending you

Got my recommendation, their customer service was great overall, haven't had this type of service in a long time, felt like I was in New Zealand, was very attentive, all staff were friendly and down to earth, the communication was over the moon, fixed everything that was priority and the quotes were fast and pricing was great, will be using your services again indefinitely placing your business as our new and only local mechanic we trust Big thumbs up to Jesse on working on our family vehicle, thank you.

I never buy anything at the door but this time im glad i did these guys with their discount labour cards really did exceed my expectations. Sonny and sam have turned out to be the most helpfull and professional mechanics i have ever come across ive always been one to go the dealerships with my new cars those days over thanks to allstar auto care.

Arrogant and Selfish. They park their cars all along the road and take up car parking spaces of other businesses around them. Typical rude pyjamas Indians. You pathetic response just show how arrogant and selfish you are. No wonder Australians and even Indians do not like the pyjamas head wearing Indians.

Professional, expert knowledge, reasonable prices and their work is excellent. For general car service they do what has to be done - no extras to add $$$They are always available to answer any queries and my car is always returned to me without delays... Keep it up guys …

I went to get my number plates changed. Firstly, I was asked to get the screws myself and then i got charged $50 just for changing the number plates.Will never recommend anyone. Worst mistake to go to them. If you got enough money to waste then this is the best place for you

Happy with the service and assessment of my car. They stayed back very late to finish when delivery of parts was delayed which I really appreciated. Drop off and pick up service is awesome. These guys went over and above expectations. I will definately return

Was sold a VIP service coupon for $198 and rang twice on different days/times in mid-April 2021 to book my car in for a service. I'm still waiting for a call-back. Allstar got an easy bit of money for nothing...

Jesse came all the way to my home to change my car's battery to honor free call out service offered to VIP members. Very good customer service and prices better than others. Highly recommended.

If you have enough time to waste this is the best place. Asked me to come early in the morning to do the service quickly but took more than 4 hours for 30 minutes job. Left hood open!
