Mr. Singhs review of Adam is not an accurate account of the situation surrounding their dealings. The building that Mr. Singh refers to is my building. Without getting into the details of the situation, it should be told that it was my decision not to lease the building. There was not a signed lease by both parties in place, nor had a security deposit been collected. I was not comfortable with the deal and made the decision to not move forward. I wish Mr. Singh the best of luck. Adam has been fantastic in representing us and promoting our new building. He has done and followed through with everything that he has said. In addition he is great in communication and getting back with you. I would highly recommend him for your commercial real estate needs!

Highly Unprofessional person Adam J. Stephenson. We had a signed lease and security deposit for a commercial lease agreement which was finalized. This person gave landlord another party to sign the lease contract when we already had everything set and done. I am guessing commission greed. I would be careful working with such unprofessional person. For pennies this company has costed us thousands for dollars + Time + dent to our company reputation.

Adam was excellent in locating just the right property for our project. After that he helped bring many contractors to the table to get moving. He was easy to work with, was excellent at brain storming and really went above and beyond in making sure the deal closed. We had several issues with the seller and he helped make the deal work in the end. I will be using Adam and his services to help fill my office/warehouse space as well.
