Hoping things can get fixed. I need to correct passenger info. The Allegiant phone number on their website rings busy, Allegiant's website says they have a live chat available at this time but after putting in my information to chat, it says chat is not available. I sent a message but it's saying it can take 24 hours for a reply. I booked through google flights and the order number nor the check in number work on Allegiants website. My itinerary was emailed to me from gotogate.com. gotogate's website states i will need to get a hold of the airline to make changes but there is no way to get a hold of anyone at Allegiant. Currently on hold for a gotogate representative and have been on hold for 35 minutes. I am really starting to think trying to find a good deal on flights are not worth it if it means customer seevice is almost nonexistent. I just need to update the passenger information and this is very challenging.
If I could give a negative star I would. This time in airport over 13 hours because we had to get off the plane after boarding and sitting for well over an hour...and then told we would fly out at 7:43pm. Our original flight was at 9:30am!! Flight attendants rude and uncaring. Same thing happened to my son...boarded, taxied to runway, turnes around, had to get off and wait in airport 7 hours for another plane. Both were from mechanical problems. Oh! But they do give you a lunch and dinner voicher for $8 each! Only problem is that you cannot buy a sandwich for $8...most are $11-12. Nice. And I did get two $50 vouchers to use on future flights with Alegiant (within the next year). Great!! Like I want to book with Alegiant again!? Seriously! Just take the $100 off my credit card! Can't seem to get anywhrre on Alegiant without problems!

Al regreso que fue con Allegiant la página web no funcionó pero en el counter de Ft Lauderdale me resolvieron y el personal en general fue muy amable, el avión limpio y también buena atención. Al llegar a mi ciudad todo muy bien hasta el momento de retirar mi equipaje tardo 1 hora en salir. El resumen el vuelo estuvo bien, y los inconvenientes que ellos presentaron fueron resueltos con eficiencia y amabilidad.
Miserable experience. First and last time flighing with them! Seats are hard plastic with a thin layer of material over them. I had back spasms the entire time. No leg room, seats are smaller. Checked bags can't weigh over 40 pounds, most airlines are 50 pounds. Over weight luggage is $5.00 per pound in addition to the luggage fees I had already paid. Make sure you print your boarding pass or they charge you $5.00 to print it. No snack or drink in flight unless you pay. You have to pay extra for a carry on that goes on top. By the time you are done you have spent more money and not had a comfortable flight.
Tried Allegiant once, NEVER again. Flew from Orlando-Sanford to Indianapolis on Sunday, July 11. Takeoff was supposed to be at 5:50pm, but was almost six hours late. Landing was supposed to be at 8pm, but was at 1:30am on Monday morning. Crew left interior lights on for the entire flight even though many passengers wanted to sleep, and never stopped blurting out excessively loud PA messages. Crew ignored several passengers not wearing required masks. All in all, a total trash airline, as trash as the NFL team that plays in Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
Allegaint is not too big here in this airport, so the same person can be at the ticket counter and then can be your gate agent. Their prices are cheap, but they will charge you a lot with the carry on and the bag that goes under the plain. If you are going to fly with try to travel light that way you can avoid extra charges. Employees are not very friendly, but I imagine having to do different things get you tired sometimes. I would recommend to be more friendly with the customers and let them know that you guys charge for the bags.
Worst exspirence with booking flight and hotel same time. First alligent booked 2 hotels and we were double changed and when we went to cancel on hotel because we did not know about it we had to pay 225 dollars cancelation fee. Second we called to confirm details with hotel we ended up staying at because it was impossible to get ahold of alligent, the hotel had 2 days short of what we paid for. Due to not having the confirmation for the hotel and only having alligent confirmation number we could not verify! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!
Unprofessional, untrained staff and no customer service to resolve any issues. Customer care phone number has been unreachable for days. Drive or fly private if at all possible. One bad experience is one thing but when a company has failed to even answer the phone and speak to a customer the problems clearly stem from the top down. Hopefully they can resolve these issues and treat their precious customers with the respect we deserve.
Ms. Cynthia Ratcliff is the bomb dot com! She is by far the most helpful, patient & informative terminal agent (I don't know the official job title) I have encountered in my 25 years of traveling. I truly appreciate the time you took to ensure our travel was hiccup free. You are appreciated. Please stay friendly, professional& upbeat! When you love what you do it doesn't feel like work.
This airline is very poor manage . I made a reservation online to go to Florida but I wanted to talk to a person because I had some concern about it . I needed to talk to someone about my concerns . NO YOU CAN'T TO ANYONE ! That's some BS customer service ! Our flight back to Indianapolis was delayed for 6 hours . Needless to say you lost a customer !
Worst airline EVER!! Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a ride on Southwest. Plane was scheduled to take off at 12:18. It is now 5:11 and still not boarded. Flight delayed again until 6:45. We’ll see. All they have given as far as compensation..... an $8 food voucher. At the airport, where do you find food for $8?? Over it.
Horrible! Paid $21 for extra leg room and that was a joke - no leg room! Seats are like sitting on bleachers: hard metal. Seats have gotten smaller and smaller! One attendant at the front of the plane - no others! Customer service is non-existent at the gate and on the plane. Use Southwest! Worth it, I guarantee!
Employees are rude and my flight was delayed on my way to Indiana AND on my way back. How is that ok? If im late with buying my plane ticket, yall would refuse me ya know so how is it fair i paid 6 months ahead and got delayed twice? Will never go through allegient again. 0 stars

Currently waiting 3 hours after my scheduled departure time because they have to drive a tire in from another city. Read that again. They have to drive a tire in from another city to fix a flat. Never flying this airline again. No matter the price it isn’t worth the hassle.
Seats are too small, cramped, hard extruded plastic with a non padded slip cover. They do not wipe down or clean surfaces. Limited locations. DONT buy into the rental car packages. The good- non stop flights, cheaper price, staff was nice.
Terrible experience. Last time I will ever use them. Horrible customer service, horrible operations, you might be saving money but it isn’t worth it and they try to make it back up it fees and bs charges anyway.
