The level of service is disappointing to say the least. I am purchasing a car from a private seller and All Cars is meant to be facilitating the deal. The process is taking ages and the level of service is disgusting. When I call in to follow up, I am told that the person I was dealing with is on leave and did not hand over to anyone so no one knows about my deal. Empty promises have been made regarding when I can pick up my car! The people who work there say they'll call back and never get around to doing so until their offices close for end of day. I am left inconvenienced and without a car. This is not how business should operate! It is just poor and disgusting service!

If I could put 6 stars I would. To walk into a car sales company and be treated so incredibly well is amazing. HUGE shout out to Gary Hinchcliffe and Justin Bodha. Absolute World-class service Very very professional and efficient. Sincerely appreciated. These guys will not rip you off, that is for sure. Incredible dealing with open and honest people.. Bought a car and asked if it was ever in an accident, was told no. 6 months later take it to my mechanic for a service and told it’s been in a front smash. Very disappointed. - Update, the car lost all power while it was being driven and is now sitting in a workshop. A very expensive life lesson learnt, take a qualified mechanic to look at any second hand vehicle you are purchasing.

I've bought afew cars through all cars and it has always been so effortless, there team are amazing, i personally deal with a lovely lady lianne. She's so Respectful, fast and reliable. Never disappoints! Her service is always more than what I expect always going to extra mile and that's why I'll continue to use all cars in the future with all my future purchases.

Very friendly and helpfull. Very uncomfortable dealing with business in open cubicles. I just cannot understand how people can work in open cubicles. Very noisy and hard to hear when you are busy with a transaction and the rest of the staff and customers are boisterous. This is my fourth car bought at All Cars.

terrible after sale service!!!! any hidden faults is the buyers own problem after sale , to top it off sold me a car without a log book !!! now im sitting with an unlicensed car for almost a month now

Ryan, the sales guy was great, but after purchase, they don't stand by 6 months CPA, when there are defective parts. Keep this in mind, when buying from them.
