Dr Tareen’s knowledge of my situation was great. He gave me good feedback on the procedure and what to expect one day, one week and further out. Only reason it was a 4 and not a 5 is that I do not like to be put under(only been under 5 times including this one in 58 years), but I also understand that it is necessary in this type of procedure, even though it was a relatively simple and short procedure. As I was already nervous the assistances that were getting me and the equipment ready, were telling stories between each other and laughing the whole time until Dr Tareen came in. Now it may be that what they were doing was not going to have much to do about me personally during the procedure, however when I am laying there on the table, I would rather have the perceived focus be on the patient hoping they understand that while they do this everyday, patients like me are rarely are in these situations .

In my case I had many different pain specialists some in Illinois and now some in Texas so far,DR.TAREEN show a lot of patience , care and very understanding of my situation of pain and treatment. DR TAREEN, speak to you with sincere empathy of situation and you feel very comfortable . Yes he's just the doctor, but he actions in the way he presents himself to you as a sincere doctor caring for his patient and wants the best for them not just another patient like the other pain specialist I dealt with. If you're looking for a pain specialist you'll be more than happy with DR.TAREEN and you cannot forget his wonderful staff in the front office and in the back they are very knowledgeable they are very professional most of all courteous

I have terrible foot and back pain from surgery years ago and arthritis. I felt hopeless and frustrated after being seen by many primary care providers and specialist. I thought that there were no other options for relief and thought that constant pain was just a new way of life for me. I am so happy I went here as a last ditch effort because the Dr. was very empathetic, patient, and was able to prescribe medication and a new plan of care which gives me hope for relief finally. I hope to finally be more functional with his help. Being kind and helpful alone is very appreciated after being mistreated and not being taken seriously by other providers. With a referral from Dr Manik Aggarwal I literally arrived at Dr Tareen’s practice horizontal in the back of a Grand Cherokee jeep. I was in so much back and leg pain, I could not stand up! They immediately allowed me into a room where I could lay down instead of waiting in the reception. Staff were friendly and attentive! Dr Tareen has an incredible bedside manner and he immediately put my mind at rest with a plan to illuminate the chronic pain I was in. After thoroughly assessing me, he and his team administered steroid epidurals. I actually made my 10 hour international flight later that evening - which was shocking albeit thrilling to me. I would highly recommend Dr Tareen!

I had my first appointment with this office. I can honestly say that it was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in the door. The front staff is very friendly and helpful. I went in on crutches and was offered a wheelchair to help make me more comfortable. The doctor made me feel like he really cared about his patients conditions and needs. Excellent experience.. Office runs smoothly( My referral was marked Urgent, but on a Friday, no doubt staff did the Extraordinary to accommodate. Bc of a background in the pharmaceutical bus., I’m likely critical re such, but Dr Tareen was Exceptional. I’m aware after Multiple surgeries, I’m a complex case. My procedure with Dr.Tareen was excellent, as usual. Am a little tired but pain free. He has drastically reduced my pain. I have never seen a Doctor in my 77 years who has instilled such confidence in me. He explains things so well, often using analogies in lay man’s terms. Dr. Tareen is very caring, knowledgeable, and positive.
