Facts to be stated here first: Alex Neil found a buyer for my one bed flat within 5 weeks, with a reasonable price in this challenging housing market in London. The postcode of my flat is E3 3DT. After meeting with the manager Georgia at the end of July 2021, I decided to switch to Alex Neil from another rubbish agency, which wasted me nearly 11 weeks. The delicate sales team sent Augusta to responsible for finding a buyer and arranging for viewing etc. She managed to find a buyer for me after 5 viewings during August. In addition, the team sent a 'sales coordinator' to facilitate the sales process. To contact the seller's solicitor, the buyer's solicitor, the buyer and the seller to speed up the process. In my opinion, the manager Georgia is honest and can give constructive suggestions. And Augusta is working tirelessly all the time. This team will always try their best to find a buyer for anybody who is really want to sell his/her property.

We could not have asked for a better service from Alex Neil. They were faultless from valuation to completion. The marketing of our flat was wonderful, they are knowledgeable and realistic about the property market. We got above asking price on our first viewing from safe buyers and proceeded straight to sale. Calli at the Bow branch was amazing. From our first dealing with her at our viewing she was friendly and professional. Throughout the process of selling the flat she approached everything calmly and purposefully. She juggled queries and concerns between us, our buyers and solicitors perfectly. Her responses were always quick and helpful. The experience would have been a lot more stressful without her.

We received incredible service from Tom and Calli. A very tricky flat sale situation, including the pulling out of several buyers - no fault of Alex Neil's - meant that we worked with them for a prolonged period over the course of 2022 and 2023. Throughout this time both were incredibly professional, organised, and efficient. From booking regular viewings to liaising with various parties and overseeing the final sale, they were both excellent at keeping us up-to-date and moving things along. Without their involvement the process would have been far more complex, frustrating, and drawn out, and I cannot thank them enough for their help!

the team at Alex Neil Bow have managed my small portfolio for me for nearly 20 years now. They have always found me new tenants very quickly so that I have no void periods. Their property management dept is extremely efficient and basically sort out any problems for me so that I don't need to. Alex Neil have also sold a number of properties for me over the years including one very recently. they secured an excellent purchase price for me and dealt with solicitors on both sides all the way through to completion. I cant recommend them highly enough.

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! This estate agency is a complete fraud. Don't be fooled, they are charming until they get your deposit. They have continuously lied, proven their incompetence on a number of accounts, and their overall lack of care or ambition to get anything done is completely beyond me. Over the past 5 years in London I have never experienced such poor customer service!!! I'm locked into a contract, but you still have time SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE!

Jack was absolutely amazing in finding us a property. I am so delighted to have phoned Alex Neil when I did. We struggled for 2 or 3 weeks with various estate agents. We visited properties that was nothing like what was in our search criteria. We explained to jack we needed a 2 bedroom property with a separate kitchen, a garden and wooden flooring. Bora came and valuated our flat, gave some wild estimation as he hadnt done his home work and researched what the other flats in the block were going for. It was partly our fault for not obtaining other valuations. After the flat was on the market for 70K over the going rate we realised that he was a cowboy. Pretty much missed out on the stamp duty holiday because of him. Now with a much better estate agent - Avoid Alex Neil at all costs!

Great service by Calli & Tom. They found a buyer for my flat in after 79 days. I had the additional complication of selling a shared ownership flat so had to deal with a third party and Calli managed the relationship with the buyer really well while we were waiting for the conveyancing admin to be completed. Rebecca has a attitude problem. Never answers her phone. They are all constantly lying as she is apparently never in. Worst estate agency to rent through. Definitely do not work here or you will be represented like this. Harry takes drugs and constantly is rude to staff and customers. I do not feel comfortable around him. He's unprofessional.
