Somewhere along the way, somebody decided they didn’t have to do their job. Now they literally hold my son’s future in their hands, and it doesn’t seem to be a priority. It is asinine being required to have the fate of your adult child with disabilities in the hands of incompetence. Because of their lack of follow through (and they’ve had five years to do this, as it turns out, so they cannot blame COVID), my son will probably lose his spot in the home close to our house that has been offered to him. I am absolutely appalled. Shake on you. DO BETTER!

This once was a good organization until the aggregate industry infiltratedad & now controls It for their own agenda. Vulcan Material’s own lawyer ran for judge to pave the way for thier railroad eminent domain plans in Medina Co. Now that same lawyer is the Chair of this organization who just eliminated the commitee for air quality decisions for the region. Now the chair (aka Vulcan Naterials)will be in control of those decisions. Conflict of interest anyone?

This is a wonderful service for Seniors like myself! However, the call center needs more help I was on hold for 27min and then finally reached no.1 on que as next person to be tended to only my call went to voicemail that a rep would contact me within 2business days/ not good service as it was 3:45pm office closes at 4:30 something is definitely wrong with the picture!

It is impossible to get ahold of anyone. Always says position in queue is 1. They never answer, even after an hour and a half on hold. When you request a call Back, no one talks or they call, hang up on the first ring and then call back 3 times to satisfy their “we tried to call 3 times.” Very poor customer service.

How do you get in touch with these people? I have made phone calls and left messages with no response. I have emailed them and still no response. I need help for my adult autistic son.

So far.. even getting my son evaluated is taking forever. My review will change once things get moving. If is definitely the key word right now. It’s frustrating.

Worst academy in the area. The instructors are unprofessional and very unorganized. Spend your money somewhere else. Jim McGregor is a racist so is Richard Bryan.

Our Son has been a Clent for 16 months and we have been very pleased with the Service Coordinators he has had and how caring they are towards their Clients.

  • Sissy Z

They have been very helpful to me and my disabled cousin, getting her tested and helping us find a living facility for mentally disabled people.

Creepy old man with with a reef cut and glasses made an evil smile at me and I stared into his soul, my glare of hellfire.
