Since my office is close-by, I park my car in the basement below Silicon Central. I happened to notice the auto center and thought it was such a brilliant idea, and super convenient. Recently, my car began to develop issues and I needed to get it checked. But with my erratic work schedule, it's difficult to manage things during the day with my regular garage. So I decided to give the Al Futtaim auto centre a try. First up, the advisor warned me about an inspection charge of Dhs 300, without even taking a look at the car. In that moment, I decided I was not going to get my car fixed there, no matter how convenient it was. Ideally, you would expect the advisor to first take a look at the car and assure the customer that the issues can be fixed. But somehow for Al Futtaim Auto Centre, it works differently. The basement parking is full of cars and that presents a massive opportunity to secure regular business. My advice to them would be to re-think their pricing and the way its presented to the customers. I eventually got my car fixed for less than Dhs 200 at my regular garage, and it's working fine so far. Al Futtaim lost a potential customer, and my trust.

If you want to do maintenance, this is the best branch for Alfuttaim and I appreciate Rashid's assistance, he assisted me to do the maintenance in less than tow hours as he saw me waiting there without I ask for it. My last tow days I were going to the Festival City branch, my appointment was at 12:30 and after waiting half an hour they wanted to keep the car for the next day so i booked the next day first appointment and i came to same agent -he kept telling to wait for 45mins without assistance so i left frustrated. Here is totally different, if you are frustrated like me just come here and ask for Rashid, _ specially ladies like me who don't know about cars maintenance_ I appreciate that he checked the tires for me before deciding what to do - in the other branch they prepared the quotation while the Keys were with me

Thank you Vignesh for providing excellent customer service every single time. Been availing the car services here for the 3rd time but the team does not fail to amaze me. Thank you also to the manager, Mohammed for thoroughly explaining about my car and what the team has done to fix the issue. I also would like to thank Rashid who handled my mileage maintenance way back March 2023. I recommend this auto center to those who are looking for a reliable place to get their cars maintained and fixed. Prices are reasonable, customer service even after service is superb, very quick to fix and the area is so clean and neat, very professional! I hope this branch maintain this standard, you guys set the bar too high.

Hassle free and close proximity to my house! It is so modern. Highly recommended. Simply, just enter the basement parking of Silicon Central Mall, park your car in A06 yellow parking and voila, you are there. Thanks Raashid and there was one other staff who assisted me, I forgot his name. The name starts with W. I liked the fact that they have Ramadan deals and gave me some of the discount vouchers too. My car was ready in 5 hours. You can stroll around the mall too should you wish to wait.

The centre is located in the basement. Very neat and clean. They have advanced service products. The staff are skilled and share the feedback openly based on their inspection. Washing facilities are not available. Only dry work is covered. Since there is a limited space hence limited service can be accepted. Early morning booking can help you to get the service fast. There is a lot of entertainment available in the mall so you will not feel bored.

Totally misleading people. Contact center agent quoted AED279/-( quoted the rate after entering the chassis details of my car) for Express service DSO location staff said there is no such service package available. Also, please make sure that you personally inspect the car after servicing. In my previous experience they will not fix the drain plug properly and also if you are doing major service they won’t fix the fuel gauge properly!!!!!

I've been using Al Futtaim for my Car service for a while now, but this was my first visit to their newly opened location at Silicon Oasis. Located in the yellow parking lot at Central Mall, it is convenient to spend time at the mall while service is provided. Agent Rashid provided excellent customer service, explaining things in a very clear manner. We received the service on time with no delay and completed it to our expectations.

Went their for car tinting, the prices are extremely high (justification was that we are using 3M products). Didn't get the work done. But overall the place looks good, it's in the basement parking so it's peaceful down there. No noise of traffic or problem of Parking. They have plenty of technicians and space. Inside office is also clean and have air-conditioned waiting area. You can also give the car and go to the mall inside.

Apparently these people don't know the meaning of "appointment". I booked and appointment at 12, but when I reached on time, they are telling me I need to waiting for the queue. Why? If I have an appointment it means this is my turn, it means no waiting. I would have tolerated 1 hour delay, but the guys is telling me to come back at 6 pm. 6 hours waiting for minor car service ?!!!

Very good service at this auto center, vignesh is very honest and tells you the different options. He has always tried to save me money by giving me the honest facts about my car and providing me a timeline for my repairs. All repairs have been done to a very good standard. So far very happy with their services

Supportive and friendly staff! Staff Vignesh was very helpful in guiding with extended support. Rest of the team was experts. Place is very convenient to drop the car for repair and meanwhile grab your groceries or stuff from Silicon central. Liked the idea, it's so cool and innovative!

One the best auto centers I have ever visited, the branch manager (Mohammed Shalouche) was very polite and respectful with me, he welcomed with me with pleasure and smile on his face, this is what I like about the manger whine cares about the customers, the service was 10/10 perfect.
