الحقيقة موظفين الاستقبال محترمين بس اذا ردو عليك طبعا وبيفهموك انو الحق معك وهنن متفهمين وضعك بس بدون فائدة وبيوعدوك انو رح يحلو الشكلة ويرجعو يتصلو فيك بس اكيد مارح تسمع صوتون مرة تانية الا اذا رجعت انت اتصلت فيهم وضيعت شي ربع ساعة او نص ساعة ومرة خمسين دقيقة انتظار وبالاخر ماحدى رد هلق اذا انت متسبب بالحادث فهي مصيبة اما اذا كنت انت المتضرر فالمصيبة اعظمو انا مأمن سيارتي شامل للاسف طالعوا روحي بقيو 20 يوم عم يتناقشو مع شركة التامين تبع المتسبب بالحادث وبعدين اعتمدو انو رح يغيرو قطع مستعملة ورح يصلحو بعض القطع المضروبة متل الرفرف والبونيت والبمبر تصلح مش رح يغيرون لانو طبعا متفقين مع الورشة اللي بعتوني عليها انو يحاول يصلح باقل مبلغ ممكن السيارة طولت شهر ونص واخر شي بيقلك نحن مندفع اجار 14 يوم فقط مع انو شركة تامين النتسبب طولت اكتر من 21 يوم لاخدت قرار وتصليح شي عشرين يوم كمان طبعا على التلفون مارح تستفيد اي شي ولما رحت لعندون الى فرع دبي كمان الحمد لله ماستفدت شي في كان موظف من الاردن الله لا يعلق حدى بين ايدية عندو استعداد ياخد ويعطي ساعتين على الفاضي واخر شي قال رح يشوف الموضوع ويرجعو يتصلو فينا ستنينت 5 ايام وماحدى اتصل انصح ماحدى يأمن شامل واختار ارخص تامين ضد الغير فقط وصلح على حسابك احسن لانو هيك هيك رح ترجع تعيد نص التصليح على حسابك على فكرة انا دافع اكتر من خمس آلاف درهم اجار سيارة ولسى ماخلصت سيارتي تصليح وصرعو راسنا وهنن عميفتخرو بالتطبيق تبعون مع انو انا ماستفدت منو اي شي شكرا سلف للموظف إلي رح يعتزر مني بعد مايقرا هاد المنشور لانو يمكن رح يكون الاعتذار رقم 100 من موظفين الكول سنتر بس كلو على الفاضي هاد التعديل بعد سنة لانو تشكرنا الموظف اللي رح يعتزر مني بس للاسف كمان ماحدى اعتزر

I wouldn't even rate them a star, this is the most horrible insurance company there ever existed in the UAE!! My car after an accident was left at the garage (Smart Auto care in Sharjah, that they recommended) for two months!!! They suspected foul play and hired a third party company to investigate without even notifying me , causing more delays!! They never update you with anything, i had to call them everyday for updates!! it took them two weeks to approve the claim!! , they even blocked my number from reaching them directly. I had to call from another number. Their claims department are useless (their officer and so called manager both arabs) !! giving you fake promises. After all this ,i received my car with poor quality of paint, my fuel gauge not working, my car horn not working!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you don't want your life to be miserable and a living hell!!

في بادىء الامر يظهرون الموده والتعاون الكامل للعميل ولكن اذا تسبب بحادث تُقلب جميع الموازين ، حيث اني تسببت بحادث وتأمين المركبه شامل لم يستطع صاحب الورشه ايجاد مصابيح اماميه مستعمله سليمه وتعدى ذلك فترة الاصلاح وبحسب قانون المصرف المركز اذا لم تتوفر القطعه في السوق المستعمل يتم طلبها من الوكاله ولا يتحمل العميل نسبة التحمل .. وقام الموظف حسام في قسم الحوادث بمحاولة استغفالي واجباري بدفع نسبة التحمل اللتي لاعلاقة لي بها واوضح للإداره بأن الورشه وجدت المستعمل وان العميل رفض وطلب الجديد ، بما جعل الاداره تصدق اقواله الباطله رغم وجود مايثبت معاناتي بالصور والادله فتره الاصلاح مع صاحب الورشه من تلاعب في اصلاح المركبه وتأخير في انجازها وسوء الصبغ والسمكره مما جعلني آخذ المركبه لورشه اخرى لإصلاح العمل السيء اللذي يخلو من المفهوميه المهنيه ومن حسابي الخاص

Worst insurance company .. I had a small accident and the car stayed almost a month now to be fixed .. I visited the workshop and unforunetly the car was parked in the sand area with no care .. most of the time they are not answering the call and give fake promises . They were unprofessional and having hard time communicating with them . Just an advice I don't recommend dealing with them since they are delaying the process on purpose .. This is the condition of the car siting outside in the sand area

The worst car insurance company ever - I added the replacement car in my premium, got into accident (I’m not a fault party) and they are saying they will not be providing replacement cause it’s not my fault. Instead i was offered to hire car and be reimbursed for 80AED. Are you guys serious?! You cannot even rent anything for 80AED, I am supposed to ride a bike for 80AED? Absolutely terrible experience. Please avoid buying policy from them - better add some more money and you will be rewarded

My Calim is registered with them and the status as per the company website is showing settled wheras its about 3 weeks until now . Vehicle was total-loss and also transferred the ownership to the insurance company but no amount received from the company in my bank account as agreed by the insurance company, it is no unexpected and worse service they don’t even dare to reply on claims Am waiting them to reach me asap or i will take a legal step against the company

شركة استغلاليه مع أني عندي تأمين شامل ولكن تم اجباري على دفع مبلغ قطع غيار السيارة مع التصليح وتم عمل شكوى الى مصرف المركزي ولكن لا فائدة ويردون تم تكرار الشكوى هذا الحل واطالبهم بفسخ العقد و يردون بتكرار الشكوى والمصرف المركزي مع المدعو يحيى لا جواب ...وهذا لا يعطي انطباع جيد في دولة مثل دولة الإمارات .و سوف يردون على التعليق بنأسف لسماع هذا ونرجو تزويدنا ببيانات المركبة وغيرها... على أساس يعني عندهم إهتمام .لا شكرا

It's the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Had a car accident a month ago where I wasn't at fault, contacted them, and they keep delaying the claim. My car is brand new, not even a year old. They even say they will call you to follow up the next day. However, they don't, and they make you wait until next week to even answer you. I advise you to look for another insurance company.

سلمت سيارتي في الورشة من شهر و لين الحين انتظر المسؤل يعتمد التكلفة التصليح وكل ما اتصل في خدمة العملاء يقولون بيتواصلون وياك قبل الساعة 12 هذا الموضو ع صارة اسبوع ولين الحين مافي رد واذا قلت لهم بغيت اتواصل مع المسؤولين راجع المكتب نحن حاليا في عصر التطور في شئ اسمه التواصل المرئي او بمكالمات الفيديو او التواصل الهاتفي اقل الأيمان الخدمة سيئة جدا في حين المطالبة

This a very bad company, they make me wait for 1 month to fix the car from the day i issue the Claim and make me wait till now around 2 weeks to get REIMBURSEMENT money back and after this time they say will give you AED70 per day * 8 days This not a Good Company at all i don't recommend anyone to work with them !!!

الخدمة سيئة جدا ، تعرضت لحادث وكنت انا المتضرر الحادث بسيط أستغرق الموافقه على التصليح 15 يوم . علما ان لدي اكثر من سيارة في نفس التأمين . قدمت اكثر من شكوى في التأمين ولا يوجد رد وحل. وتم الحل بعد ان قدمت شكوى لحماية المستهلك . ما انص أحد يأمن عندهم .

After the claim registration(Non Faulty from my side), 18th day itself not get approval and the garage waiting to get LPO clearance from Alwathba. Kindly check and waiting for the needful from the management level to avoid company bad image.
