I recently purchased a diamond tennis bracelet from their deira city centre branch.. it’s no doubt very beautiful but the price is really really high as compared to other shops .. it’s a classic standard design but they charged me a lot and made me feel like I was getting a really good deal .. Very injustifiable high prices. I bought a gold ring at a 300% higher price than the Dubai market.. also to my surprise they did not have a return nor a buy back policy! I regret buying from them and I feel scammed!

Very helpful staff and excellent service! Mr. Munir in particular, came up with some excellent ideas to repurpose some of my jewelry which would have otherwise gone to waste. Highly recommend!

Nice service, but very high prices in opposite of Dubai gold rates. Like 200-300% more than regular UAE gold prices.
