Been visiting Al Bek since years and this was my first visit at this outlet. They have upstairs seating area and it was a bit busy as we had to wait for the table. The food of course is very good as it is at any Al Bek, ordered the grilled chicken and Al faham and both was delicious. But the problem here is the service. The servers first of all take ages to bring anything other than your order you ask for, although there were number of staff just standing at the side station. We asked for extra Mayo and extra Onion salad with the Grilled chicken, but it literally took 3 waiters, 1 order taker and 15 mins to get it. Everytime we asked a staff for it he will inform us (multiple times) that it's charged to which we said every time we are ok to pay, and then that staff would disappear saying it's coming from down. The worst was they are listed on zomato gold but they refused to give the discount and take payment through zomato gold, as they said its not valid. Same answer was given by the manager when we asked to speak to the manager. Why market your outlet on zomato gold when you want to deny that service to the customer? I was fooled at this place, in the evening around 7 i bought chicken continental parcel while I was riding back to home post office, I was very juicy, tender and tasty, and the portion was big, I loved it so I asked my wife let's go and have dinner there, so on the same day around 8.30 we went and ordered chicken continental again along with few others dishes. The chicken continental that we received on our dining was completely different than what I had took parcel. I was a very small piece, hard to chew, cold and not tasty at all.I cross checked with the captain weather it was the chicken continental, unfortunately he said yes, Basically they are fooling public by displaying mouth watering stuff, but when you dine there you won't get what you see. Hence not an good option to dine.

From the Magadi road side it's very few meters from the entry to Rajkumar road wherein from Lulu mall it's a few kilometres. Very busiest place. Multiple outlets available in Bangalore. Out of all this branch is the most rated one. Both veg and non veg food are available. Self service is available on the ground floor and service is available on the first floor. A take away option is also available. Multiple payment options available. Famous for biriyani, rotis and some authentic gravies. We tried Mandi biriyani (serves 6-8), grill chicken, butter naan, romali and Andhra chicken gravy. All dishes had excellent taste. The price is also affordable except the Mandi biriyani which is 1040/-. This review is completely based on my experience.

One of the worst hotel o have ever visited in my life , seriously street side food is way better than this useless albek, first of all cleanliness is vanished just like magic here and food is undercooked i had ordered roomali roti panner butter masal ghee rice and some sides roti was cold and ghee rice was dried imagine if tou leave the rice in your plate entire day and it will be dried same my quarter amount of ghee rice was dried up and for this left over food they charged me 600 food is expensive when compared to their ambience,taste and service and they serve in a plate which wasn't washed properly and taste is useless please don't visit this place ever again well me I wil never in my life visit here the next day I had omit and my health was upset all day

Today ordered chicken biryani kebab and shawarma, on Zomato. kebab and shawarma were good but biryani was pathetic with over cooked rice and might be stale, when compalined to the restaurant he is blaming the delivery boy telling he would have changed the box , which didn’t happen it had the al bek sticker . Why are they playing with customer emotion. This is one of the most pathetic biryani I had. I am jus getting this incident noticed to the public. There is no professionalism , the guy who answered the call was unapologetic and was arguing . I lost faith in them and al bel is out of my list.

I had ordered kabab, pudina kabab and barbeque chicken. Kabab only outer part was good inside no masala, it's completely whitish. Pudina kabab and barbeque was not cooked properly, I had shared the images and returned it to the hotel person. Biryani rice was okay and mutton kohlapuri was also okay. Kindly don't take any kababs or platters,,, It's waste of money I think. Before U order any items think twice or thrice. Quality is not good. Very much disappointing to me (Al-Bek) Rajajinagar.

Briyani pieces are very big.. looks like it not chicken pieces... Also sometimes quality of briyani is very bad.. sometimes very good.. They have gone from better to worse in the quality of food now. I ordered a biryani for dinner and I believe it was from morning batch. No aroma and it was full oily. Not even a dog could eat that. They have gone over their heads thinking they are a 5* restaurant. The old man at the counter doesn’t care for the feedback. I would definitely not recommend dining or taking out. The dining experience is not pleasant either. Pathetic service.

Absolutely no idea why it is being so exaggerated! starters mostly taste the same despite having different varieties. The worst part is the Shawarma roll, which is filled with onion. After tasting the Swarma and a couple of starters, we paid and moved to another nearby restaurant to eat Biriyani.

Albek is one of the best restaurant for non veg when compared to near by restaurants. Gives better taste. 2 wheeler parking is available, 4 wheeler is a struggle as it's in the main road Service is quick unless waiters don't do time pass Seating is good Cleanliness is one which is bit lacking. Worst experience at Al Bek Rajajinagar outlet, served Alfhaham which was not cooked properly, biriyani served was like flavoured rice wit some bones. When told about the issue with the staff, he was rather rude and justify things,as if nothing ever happened. Really disappointed this time, very worst experience. If management is not taking care of quality and hygiene then they are going to loose many customers in coming times. Should work on customer satisfaction too..

One of the best meat place in Bangalore to dine with friends and family. It's clean, cosy and well maintained. Ambiance and Taste are absolutely good & I keep going often. If you are new to this place - do try lemon chicken, tandoori starters and chilly chicken with roti. There is also veg available but most of the people go there for non-veg and it has variety from starters to food menu.

Best don't go here. Go to the other restaurants near by. Worst ambience. If they're charging so much why not keep the building clean and well maintained. Regret coming here. Dine is worst.

The food is good both tastewise n quantity wise for the price charged. I love their shawarma n Sholay kebab. The place is overly crowded most of the times. Its better to go there before 8pm, otherwise you may not get your fav tandoori item. The Place is poorly maintained.

Albek was good once upon a time but now it's one of the worst restaurant. This is chicken lollipop there is nothing in this lollipop except bone and this cost around 160 and even other items are also not good as it was earlier, it's better to try some other restaurant

Food quality is not at all good, we have ordered chilly chicken,kalmi kabab,biryani rice. Nothing was good masala was not properly blended with the chicken and we saw small hairs on plates and got upset with health too after having food

I orderd tandoori chicken and chicken biriyani. ..it was the worst teast thandoori & Teasted an spoon of biryani then we took parcel & given to streat dog, I will never go to that restorent

Located in the prime place with a ample amount of parking. Ground floor for dine out or self service and next two floors has table service. Undoubtedly Albek serves best food in all their restaurants around Bangalore. 9 out of 10

Pretty good. It's little overrated. So many chicken varieties to experience. PEPPER CHICKEN gravy is a must try! Biriyani is below average. Seating space and ambience wise it's ok.

Personally I prefer shole kabbab, then u can try barbeque chicken, we tried ghee rice and panner butter masala both are average. One more suggestions in briyani they will add big pieces so it will be heavy …

Food and service below average and environment is too poor, there is no ventilation, they are not switching ON the AC too, better to eat outside of the road.
