It was my dog's Lucky another amazing experience with Afro Pets! He is always so happy after his grooming, and I must say, he is pretty shy and scared dog whenever he has bath or cutting nails. But that's never the case while being pampered at Afro Pets. The groomers are always so friendly and patient that he feels he is in good hands. He always smiles from ear to ear after the service!!! And foremost - afterwards,he smells simply diviiine! Thank you Afro Pets for making him and me very very happy every time. We will continue to be your loyal clients ❤️

Surprisingly i have a negative response from the groomer named Jovial. I have a Toy poodle and i was calling to get appointment with Jovi coz last time almost year back he groomed Bruno my pet. That time Bruno had some knots which Mr Jovi did not like and given me a lecture on grooming. Today i called to get his appointment buttttt he refused to accept my baby coz he had knots last time. ........ i mean i felt bad about his response, groomer should be a pet lover not a hater..... Or may be some other dislike Anyways for me it was disappointment

Where to start… Honestly from the first time I walked in with my dog, the energy from the staffs and also the hygiene/cleanliness was impeccable! Brought my cat for a full groom, stayed there and watched them from afar… such gentle care and detailed job! Fluffy’s grooming is a challenging task . We just discovered Afro Pets @Townsquare . The groomers were very patient and professional with him . And they have really given me hope and confidence in them . They managed Fluffy very professionally . I am very grateful as many groomers had given up on my cat . Highly recommended to visit . The team is always courteous and accommodating to my puppy when grooming. Staff and Service is great and the store is clean with a lot of accessories/ food to choose from. I’m hoping the store will start offering discounts for Townsquare Residence as I (like many others) am a loyal client and visit the groomers for my puppy every other week!

Afro pets have been grooming my Yorkie for better part of a year with their pick and drop service. I only went to visit the store recently. Positively surprised, staff are as friendly and helpful as they are online. They're well stocked and have convenient parking. I do recommend
