I had the worst experience of putting petrol in this pump. I asked to put petrol for rs 2000/- but the staff acts to not hear me properly and put petrol for rs 400/- , then when i tell him to put for rs 2000, he doesnot allow me to see the meter and starts putting petrol from rs 400 to 2000/- . Then tries to charge rs 2400/- . I caught him redhanded. When ask the owner for complaint book to register. He says it is missing.

This was one of my preferred refueling point.. unfortunately, after the incident of failure of automatic stop of the pump.. and the idiotic behavior of the staff..I think twice to go to this petrol pump I recall in earlier days when they started their business in Kalyanagara, the excellent fuel quality which was giving better mileage and the staff were pretty professional.

Poor service... Not only here most of the petrol pumps Free air service have issue also there service person always ask money! This things management encouraging instead stop begging, If management paid that person salary this issue will not happened! Please give proper service to all customers! It's request.

Long-time filler at Shell but switched to this pump for two reasons. 1. Same level of courteous staff. 2. Low-cost (or no-cost) nitrogen filling for tyres. All my visits have been early mornings so it may or may not be the same case through the day. Would recommend over Shell for sure.

Worst experience ive ever had ....i was asking to put for 800 rupees petrol bt one of the cunning staff put for only 672 rupees and he suddenly stop putting and saying he put for 800 bt i was check that it was only for 672 and even the manager didn't help...becarefull guys.....

This people are automatically debiting money from the account like 5Rs and 10 Rs 1. & 2 I don’t know for what purpose they r deducting from the account guys kindly check ur accounts those who pay with cards like credit and debit.

Today’s petrol price is 111 in Bangalore but this petrol bunk prices are 116 change. When asked they says prices have increased Always the same issue here. #scammers
