Saturday night, terminal C looking for the respite from the terminal. Walk in to a crowded, poorly cleaned club, the premium choice between the 2 clubs, b & c, in the area. Disgraceful food area...need I say more? Club fairly quiet noise wise...where are the club staff? I see 1 person for the 20 minutes I am sitting down
Well worth the extra cost. For $59 (for a day pass) you get a quiet lounge area, snacks to include a small meal, lounge wifi, and even drinks to include alcoholic beverages are all covered with the entrance fee. Much better than out on the concourse area. Will do it again.
Hit or miss…sometimes good, most times bad. Staff is a bit rude, especially closer to closing time. Staff is very loud with gossip including lots of “f”-bombs, eating & drinking in front of guests…just not very pleasant. Not what you’d expect from AA. More
It's always MOBBED and the food choices are lame. Lots of prepackaged junk. Where's the eggs and breakfast proteins? Many other clubs in the network do much better. Disappointing that a club at a premier hub like Charlotte would be so substandard. More
I get these one day passes but the Admirals Club is not at most places I travel where I could use them. Now, when there is an Admirals Club they don't let use them. I truly believe it is a feel good thing they do but don't want you to use them. More
This admirals club is ok. There is never anywhere to sit. Most of the electrical plugs don’t work. WiFi is hit or miss. The snacks are better than other admirals’ clubs. The staff is nice. They are very on top of clearing dishes and trash. More
If you are able to purchase a day pass ($59 per person), please do so. It made our layover in Charlotte doable. You have unlimited coffee, tea, water, lemonade, hot chocolate. There are breakfast items and snacks for lunch to keep you full.

It is a relatively small Admirals club in terminal B. It has a small buffet , you can get soft drinks , iced tea , soup. They also have a bar that serves alcohol. The club was super packed on Sunday at about 2pm. I enjoyed the view of the
This place is rather large but hidden behind all the shops. Entrance has a speakeasy feel to it since you'd miss it if not looking closely. While there were alot of people I think the seating arrangements were better than DFW ones. Window
As a AA executive credit card holder, I got free entry into the Admirals Club which is a great benefit. During my recent trip to Asheville, I had a three hours layover at Charlotte each way. I brought my friend here. The lounge was huge
Amazing escape in this airport that has gone in such a poor direction. An absolute safe haven! Plenty of outlets, lots of food/drink options, multiple fresh food options. Very clean bathrooms, with a full dressing room. More
Breakfast food is so so, no fancy coffee machine in the front but there is one in the back with La Colombe coffee. Large lounge with lots of comfy chairs, and not crowded around opening after taking a redeye.
It was crowded in the morning. Luckily, we got a seat with an excellent view. Food was good enough for breakfast. They had scrambled eggs, bacon, yogurt, cereals, oaks, juices, fruits, bagels, etc. More
Shocked to see the lounge was mobbed with guest, couldn't even sit near my wife. The best food they had was a cold wrap or sub. Moved to the gate area as that was better than the overpacked lounge. More
Large but overcrowded lounge (at least until 8PM, quieter after) Usual rather poor food selection and quality available in AA regular lounges (but slightly better than at other locations).
Great place to rest. Very clean and the food is state of the art only good food no junk food. The tomato bisque was so delicious as well as the poblano chowder food. More
Nice hotel on the left side of the Danube and on the bike path. Underground bike parking with laundry. Lift service top to bottom. Friendly, helpful staff. More
Great place to rest after a long week of business. Staff were excellent and I left wishing I had more cash on me for tips!! More
