Very unfriendly staff, their website stays that the shop is open whole day without any day break, based on that I visited their store but the shop was closed in the afternoon. One staff was standing outside the shop when I enquired that as per google shop should be open, but here it’s closed, staff was quite rude in responding that now u want us to update lunch times as well, well isn’t it supposed to be. I requested him that I chked timings before coming n I need smthing urgent, can he help me, he said he doesn’t hv the keys, whereas I could see a staff inside. Not sure if they lock their employees inside. I also asked him if he can deliver once shop opens, he was rude in responding that I should call later. It is not the first time that I witnessed this kind of behavior from Adil staff, before also I ordered stuff on phone n they refused to deliver, when I visited the store I saw all the staff sitting n busy chatting. I was compelled to visit Adil (JLT) for sm specific pooja stuff which is not available nearby for any urgency. After that I visited Madhoor store opened recently in JLT n got my stuff n so much more so quickly. Staff in Madhoor store were super friendly. I m really thankful to Adil staff for such bad experiences that I decided to explore Madhoor store, they are open whole day as JLT residents are not used to mid day breaks anyways.

Very poor quality of products. I have been ordering Gujarati wheat atta all these years off lately they have started selling mixed atta which consists more of maida. The difference is very evident aesthetically as well as in taste.

We poor quality of Atta second time, we can easily find it out while preparing the dough and while rolling it out. It’s 99%maida mixed and the team is refusing to agree to this point. Very disappointed.
