Truly an incredibly talented team, and overall amazing experience in every way. I was seen on the same day following a sporting related knee injury yesterday, and from the moment I walked in, it was evident that Julia C and the team were genuinely committed to assure the best possible care and recovery. The initial assessment spanned approximately two hours, over which time, my amazing therapist Julia ran a thorough assessment, took all the time needed to explain the injury and expected recovery plan, and in fact, even spontaneously took the time to provide a full lesson on the anatomy of the knee including visual effects. I honestly can’t say enough great things about Julia, but I can confidently say that personas as amazingly genuine as hers make the world of difference, and in fact, I only wish that every medical professional in the world could be half as great! If like me, you find yourself reading this review because you are uncertain where to start following your injury, I can confidently tell you that the assessments and treatment plans provided at this clinic far exceed anything you can expect from a general clinic or hospital; and that you will breath your first sigh of relief within minutes of walking in. Je partage mon expérience que j’ai eu le droit en ce qui est des physiothérapeutes sur place je n’ai rien à dire. Je pense qu’ils sont compétents mais en ce qui est de l’accueil. C’est la première fois que j’ai l’impression de me pogner avec quelqu’un. La communication entre les physios et l’accueil ne concordent pas. Mes rendez-vous ont changé continuellement et avec mon horaire assez chargé que je leur ai fait part ils ont décidé de changer mon horaire en me laissant un message sur ma boîte vocale. Une fois le rendez vous rate la dame de l’accueil a eu l’audace de me dire que c’est ma responsabilité de me présenter et d’être a mes affaires. Bref, une fois mon traitement finaliser je vais me permettre de parcourir plus de kms pour aller a un autre centre de physio. J’ai écrit ce review il y a de ça 5 ans : Excellent service, j'ai été à plusieurs centre de physio et ils savent de quoi ils parlent leur service est excellent et je me porte deja mieux. Le service a complètement changé depuis surtout à l’accueil. L’administration à l’accueil de Stephania se fait sentir.

Took my 86 year old mother to see Aissa Rechoum, the acupuncturist. He has done wonders for her. She suffers from chronic pain and inflammation from osteoarthritis. The pain was everywhere including her throat. Conventional medicine couldn't do more than the prescribed Tylenol Arthritis 3 times per day. After 4 sessions with Aissa, she has reduced her Tylenol to once a day. The pain is now manageable, she has more energy, she walks better, sleeps better. She can dress her self. and the pain in her throat has lessened considerably. Aissa is caring individual, takes his time to explain the process. Furthermore the treatment is painless. I remember in 2019 i was suffering from vertigo. There were days that I could 't even get out of bed for how dizzy i was. I ended up in the emergency room where they told me i had vertigo. I went to action sport in rdp for the very first time because the doctor told me i needed physio for my vertigo and that is when I met Christopher. I don't know what i would have done if it wasn't for him helping me. I did many sessions with him and I can say he helped me with my vertigo. I wasn't feeling anymore diźziness. He was my miracle worker. Cured me. Ever since then i keep going there!!!! I highly recommend going to action physio in rdp.

I was in so much pain, sometimes I couldn't move or take care of my daughter. I would get massages, I've seen osteopaths, kinsiotherapist, chiropractor, none of which could help fix me. The chiropractor stopped our sessions himself saying they're wasn't anything he could do for me. I felt lost and discouraged but then tried physiotherapy with Christopher. He was so kind and caring and very knowledgeable and passionate. He really wanted to help and he did. It took a lot of sessions but we both put in the work and I'm living a much better life. Im so happy that I finally found physiotherapy, and Christopher.

Avant, aucun physio n’arrivait à m’enlever le mal que j’avais, j’avais mal presqu’en permanence, jusqu’à temps que je tombe sur Christopher, je me suis senti mieux après quelques semaines seulement, en pratiquant les exercices qu’il m’avait donné, que j’ai pu faire à la maison. Depuis je le vois 1 à 2 fois par année, pour m’assurer que tout va bien, pour qu’il me donne des exercices afin de me renforcé.

I have been to other Action Sport Physio and I must say that I was extremely impressed with the service in the new location of RDP. Friendly and professional staff and most importantly the Physiotherapist (Evans) is "SUPERB", I never feel rushed and he is very informative, knowledgeable and addresses all of my questions and focus on helping alleviate the pain I'm in, he has by far exceeded all of my expectations. I also had a massage and it was amazing!!!! I highly recommend this new location you will not be disappointed.

Highly recomment Action Sport Physio Riviere-des-Prairies. Christopher is amazing. He takes the time to diagnosis his patient’s injury, explain the injury, listen to his patient's concerns, and put together a treatment plan to get his patients on the road to recovery. I had the pleasure of also working with Alessia, and she's also amazing! The staff is caring and helpful and the atmosphere is wonderful!

They staff here is so friendly, I had Stephanie treat my shoulder. I tought my shoulder would never come back to normal after my injurie, Stephanie exceeded all expectation and my shoulder is as good as new. I also had issues with vertigo and I was treated by Kevin. Great guy super friendly and within a few sessions he was spot on. We did a few sessions with a few followups and everything disapeared.

I suffered a grade 2 hamstring strain after hyperextending my knee in a soccer game. Was very concerned about my leg healing back to 100%. It took between 4-5 weeks of dedicated work but Chris at action physio sport (RDP) really helped me rebuild strength, mobility and confidence in my knee. Thank you!

Instant relief!! I was having neck pain for almost a week, it was affecting my ability to work or focus on screens. I went for a one hour massage and not only did the pain go away, but they took the time to explain to me what to do to manage the pain and ensure this doesn't happen on the regular!

My experience was awesome! Very welcoming environment and great staff. Had Chris and Kevin help me with my knee and shoulder pain. The “at home exercises” were also easy to do and required no equipment at all which was very helpful for me. Would definitely recommend.

Chris was a tremendous help relieving my back pain due to 2 herniated disks. I was not able to walk due to the pain. Chris had me back to being functional within a few visits. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field as a physiotherapist!
