I barely rate any stores 1 star but this store deserves it I think. I like the brand acne but the store manager/ employee here was very rude/ unfriendly. I wanted to look for a specific hoodie and jacket I checked before and after I entered the shop he warned to not to unfold things. Oh my god how do I take a look at the stuff I want if I cannot touch and unfold and try? It’s a clothing store okay? It’s not a museum for exhibition only. Hope this store takes the comments seriously and improve in future, otherwise it’s disrespectful to the future customers and unfair to the brand as well. I have to be honest and fair for my rating so this should be a detailed review.

I rarely leave reviews with the shop I visit but I have to make an exception for the excellent customer service that Peter the manager gave to us while we were there. I finally bought the scarf I have been wanting to have with his help and advice. Very kind, sweet and approachable. He even shared about the history of this shop and how it started. Thank you Peter for the wonderful and welcoming experience. I will surely comeback! This should be how the service & attention the highend brands should give to customers. All the best, Giselle

Rude store employees/managers. After greeting me, the gentleman at the store scanned me with his eyes and proclaimed, "Jesus." Because apparently, if you wear a 10 euro Monki purse, you are not worthy of shopping in this store. I wanted to show my husband one dress I tried there a couple of weeks ago and really liked it. Still, after this experience, I will never even look at this store again.

I was afraid to go for the bad comments in here but went anyways. The staff was super nice even in a Saturday when they should be more stress. They even start a conversation with me so I don’t know maybe the bad staff was fired or people just have an ocasional wrong experience. It’s a small store but they have the key pieces.

Nice shopping experience. This is the only acne studios boutique in Belgium. The male salesman is friendly and talkative. I finally bought this scarf which is a good product. The store is not big but contains the basic products. I’m satisfied with this Joyful purchase.

It's a small AS store, however the staff are super friendly and customer service here is fantastic.... the lady was very helpful and professional... left the store very happy with my shopping P.S they have a sister store next door which is also a highend multibrand.

Awful experience because of a rude staff member. We were told 'not to unfold the scarves', cause otherwise they had to refold them again.... well.. I wanted to buy an Acne scarf, but apparently I wasn't allowed. Crazy.

Corporate needs to replace store employees/manager. Awful/no customer service. No offer to help. They really don’t want to work there obviously. Not in line with other Acne store experiences.
