Amazing Customer Service. We just bought a first car for my daughter and we were having a hard time getting the license plate screws to go in. We had the right size of screw but it just wouldn't go in. Two different customer service people went back and forth to the parking lot with us 6 or 7 times and tried different thread widths and different sizes to find a screw that would fit. We decided to just buy the finest thread screw, go home and force it in with a ratchet. As we were walking out to the car, one of the people who had been helping us ran out with a tap, re-threaded our license plate holes (they didn't need much help - more like a cleaning up) and attached the plate. That was an amazing amount of customer service for a couple of screws. I am going to make a point out of going to this store more often in the future.

When I go to other (larger) home improvement/hardware stores, I’m usually hard pressed to find help with anything. You spend several minutes tracking down an associate, then they have to find someone who knows something about the department in which you’re shopping. I walked into this Ace Hardware and was greeted immediately by a gentleman behind the paint counter. I showed him what I needed (it was a bolt) and he walked me right to it. I decided to stick around and see if they had anything I could buy that I didn’t need. During my 20 minute visit, at least 6-7 people ask if I needed help with anything. Kudos, Ace Hardware. You just became my go-to place for hardware and home improvement. Thanks for doing a great job!

The staff was amazing!! We are doing a lot of renovations, and took in some paint we were gifted. We were told it was a white base and the store could tint it for us. The first few employees we dealt with were super nice and understandably uncertain about this situation. The general manager came to assist us, and he was amazing! I'm not sure how he kept a straight face when we learned the paint was not white, but in fact a dark green. My partner and I are still laughing at ourselves for this ridiculous situation He was professional and very helpful with what we could do with the paint.

I was greeted by four different people upon walking inside the door and was asked multiple times if I was okay or needed help finding anything I did end up needing help and the gentleman was very pleasant about it very friendly and acted like he did not mind at all helping me I wish more businesses had employees like they do here because they do not make you feel unwelcomed or like you are bothering them they truly are kind helpful people.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and always available to help you find and recommend stuff for a project or repair. I've never had to wander around the store hoping I'd find that one person over the department. I can't go too long without an employee coming to ask me if I need help no matter how hard I try, even if I'm there to wander and look there's always someone to help. I love this place.

Always assumed that ace's were small neighborhood hardware stores (with small selections). I was quite wrong, they had everything here, including a random part for a ceiling light that I'd been looking for for weeks to no avail. The staff there is great and knew exactly where everything was. Prices are quite good, and the store cat especially awesome.

Nice store. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. A little high on some hardware things, but surprisingly better than big box stores on other things. They also have harder to find items if your looking for that elusive spring or bolt size, or ball bearing, ect.... I recommend Ace for sure. Especially this one. Great store! …

I had a key for a storage unit that was broken in half. The folks at this location gave it their hardest try 2 different times! While the key never did quite turn the lock, we got super close, all thanks to the efforts of the staff here! I appreciate everything you all did to try to help, I would definitely use your services again!

I don't think I have ever had a bad experience shopping here. I live 0.3 miles away so this place has been a blessing during our remodel. I also love how they do things & hold events to involve the community! & a special thanks to the employee who helped me find a furnace/ac filter! & the cashier was so nice and helpful as well

The best, most well stocked, Ace Hardware store I have been in. They stocked the product I wanted when other Ace stores did not. Although I live on near Southside of Indy, this is the Ace store I will go to next time I need something.

Really nice store! Extremely helpful staff, and we were asked several times on 10/16, if we needed help. Very organized, and clean. My boyfriend always shops here for screws, bolts, etc., because they have such a HUGE selection.

Veggitable plants & seedlings only 1.99 compared to Lows 5.99. And in better health. I didn't even know they had a nursery, and the plants I bought there are thriving compared to all my others.

I was kind of disappointed at this visit I went in looking for a washer bit that can hook to my sink they didn't have it I had to travel to Menards to get the piece it was very inconvenient

Ace hardware is the best place to go when you need to get unusual items repaired or replace always check with Ace they may be able to help you out I help you to get the job done.
