I left my brand new Tesla Model X in to have a small chip on the rim of the front passenger alloy wheel repaired as well as a stone chip on the paintwork. The chip was repaired, but when I got the car back, there was even more damage to the alloy than there was when I left it in. They had carelessly removed the wheel nuts, damaging the alloy surrounding of each wheel nut and also caused damage to other parts of the alloy surface, all of which was very noticeable due to the alloys being black with the silver material underneath showing through. When I reported this to the branch manager, his response was that this damage is to be expected and part of normal "wear and tear" when removing an alloy wheel. With the car being only 6 months old, none of the alloys have ever been removed, yet now the rear alloy is damaged, and this is how I know for certain that they swapped the front alloy to the rear. The stone chip on the paintwork was also poorly repaired, with a build-up of paint left rather than it being smoothed out to match the rest of the paintwork. Absolute disregard and mishandling of their customer's expensive car and diabolical disrespect for their customer in their lies and deceit to cover up their utter incompetence at carrying out the exact kind of work a body shop specialises in. Avoid at all costs. I now have a legal battle on my hands to get my money back or to have the alloy repaired again.

Theives and liars please steer clear. Recommended to use these by insurance company for small bump at rear of car. They told me it would take 3 days to get back had to be fit new bumper plus cut out rewelded booth and respray qoute €1100 euro but insurance paid so I used them. Got car back with an extra 100km on the clock ( i live 5 mins walk for this garage). And booth not closing correctly (it was closing correctly when i gave it to them) they took the car back for another day came back worse took the car back another time and didnt fix it. Took it to my own mechanic fixed it in 10 mins checked the car out he told me bumper was changed and booth floor was undamaged and not rewelded as it was still original steel and lining

Just back from Ace Autobody / AXA Repair Centre with my car back in full working order. As I was expecting alot more trouble after crashing my car these guys got customer service 100% right. Brilliant job and an absolute pleasure to find a company that not only understands your needs as a customer but also goes way beyond what you would expect from an auto repair shop. I returned to find my car fully repaired (front bumper and grill damage) with a full valet inside and out. Excellent communication throughout the process and I would highly recommend this company and it is obvious why AXA insurance chose them as a repair agent.

Had a minor job, rang based on their reputation. Friendly guy answered, "No problem, drop by." Did that, spoke with different people at reception, seemed irritated that I had spoken with the other guy, got the impression the job was too small for them then they quoted me 4 times more than the phone guy. If it's a big insurance repair job, they seem to be fine. If it's a small one-off job, based on my experience, they're not that interested. Which is fine. Wish they'd told the phone guy and not wasted my morning. Got the job done same day somewhere else.

Had my car for two weeks with damage to right hand side of car... Got car back with overspray on the far side of my car.. Sent car back as I was very unhappy with the work... Got the car back and had overspray elsewhere... Have to say I'm very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. Work in the motor industry myself for a very well known company and I will 100% never recommend any person I come across to go through ace auto body as a lot of the work they do comes back.

Referred to Ace by my insurer after some damage to my car bonnet and wing mirror. Found them very professional and the repairs looked great. They even valeted the car which was really nice. Had a small issue with one aspect of the repair that I came back to them on – but they resolved the issue quickly and without fuss. Would recommend them.

Unfortunately had to use the teams services and have my car repaired, however a great customer experience. Dropped my car via my insurance to be fixed, the job was halfway done and they sent back the car, I had to return to the shop and complained about it. Then when they fixed the rest, they returned my car with a flat tyre... worse service ever.

Gave me a rough quote of €1500 for a job which only cost €350 when I got it done elsewhere. Stay well away. Also said if I wanted an accurate quote there would be a charge on it, disgraceful service.
