Arrived at 8.10 when it was supposed to be opened at 8.00, guy who runs the shop stated he will be here for 8.30. Left to run another errand and returned at 8.35, was told he has been here and left and will be returning soon……….it’s now 8.50- leaving after writing this review to use another post office. Complete waste of time!

Somehow they don’t recognise Amazon returning QR code. Not my first time having this problem in this office but it never happens in another post office. If you are returning your Amazon parcel, print everything before you go as the office is simply not advance enough to scan a code.

Slowest post office ever.. after 10 days they still haven’t even tried to deliver the parcel.. tracking details still show they have it and it is the slowest service i have had in my life.. i don’t know what they did to it but i know for sure i will not be back here

Worst post office, had to wiat for 40mins until seen, queue was long, and the guy couldn't care less, he was talking in his own language with his mates, in front of customers. RUDE. helping his mates with delivery instead of serving people.

A lovely girl saved me a fiver when I wasn't able to use the click and drop service at the post office. She was able to offer me another delivery service for just 10p extra.

The 28th of June 2023 6.30pm already closed . Man on till explained he needed to count coins. Online says Abbey Wood Post office works till 8pm. Not true!!!
