Under the terms of the agreement, authors retain copyrights and the articles published under SCOAP3 will be in perpetuity under a CC-BY license. Participating countries in the agreement sponsor SCOAP3 journals through the consortium, and contribute according to their scientific output. More productive countries pay more, while lower-output countries pay less.

Annapurna complex is worst complex in town, ambiance is worst. Cleanliness is bad, no management of garbage. This complex is look like ghost building. Very few number of shops in this complex. Security for vehicle is not available. Basic necessary shops are missing in complex. Only Mansa chai shop is good, it is central of attraction of complex. Don’t go if you want to visit this complex, you will highly disappoint.

It's an LDA shopping complex with lots of parking space. But majority of the shops are closed so the place is unhygienic especially the basement and area around closed shops. Though decent place for tea and snacks (Mansha chai is famous hangout) Also if anyone is interested operating business then it's good for office purpose but not for businesses like general stores etc. as customer footfall is very less.

Very bad place there is a office AWADH RISK they doing illegal repo car for bank recovery.even local authorities support him.one day they recovered a car with a pregnant woman she was going hospital her husband requesting please drop my wife at hospital.

Disaster by LDA, Nuisance for for local residents, centre for illegal activity and residence. Paradise for liquor, drug consumption, centre for dirt, garbage etc. LDA is not looking into it even after putting lots of complaint, LDA is of no use..

Good market place with lots of parking space . Has pathology, homeopathy doctor , physiotherapy, cctv vendor, stationary shop, dentist, tea stalls property shops, interior decoration, batteries shop, and others

Public facilities like toilet etc had provided initially but maintenance is very poor hence you can not able to use it. Public toilet is also not available in this area. Drinking water is also not available.

Best place to spend some good time with friends in aashiyana only at "Mansha". Having a cup of tea with your favourite people always is great and beautiful.. positive contribution from the place

Its in sector H near Stella meris school. It has a tea stall, Medical store, beauty parlor and travel agency. It's new so still more then half of the complex is still remains closed.

The complex is mainly known for the 'Mansa Tea Stall'. It is the original Mansa which shifted here from Chauraha. You can get a good parking spot for cars as well as 2-wheelers.

Complex's location is good and have good parking space. But maintenance of this complex is very poor. LDA is not taking care of maintenance and security.
