I was looking at places to stay and looked here, but it was too expensive. I never cold called them. I have no idea what they're talking about in their posted response to this review. I'm sure they will edit it again, with another false allegation. This business owner is blatantly lying or they are so disorganized they don't know who they are talking to on the phone.

Not good value. Overpriced. Owner constantly edits their review for rebuttal. Literally defending against anything that I will say and trying to say I'm in the wrong, when the only thing that is wrong here is the amount of money you are trying to charge people coming to visit. If you want to become/ support part of the housing problem here in Austin, choose to stay at this dump.

Perfect host, GREAT LOCATION! Central to everything in Austin. Guest house is very nice. I would stay here again.
