A good place to stay at a very competitive pricing. Room has a balcony, although view is limited. Wifi is effective and stable throughout. Walking distance away from Viviana mall... Also, Swiggy delivers Mamledar Missal which is the highlight of Thane! :)

I was in the Deluxe room with a small balcony. The wifi router was in my room, so I had great speed for all the time of my stay

The service is slow. Only 2 staffs Raju n Ritesh are good. I checked in 3 days before booking via MMT, later had to extend for a day...and by mistake I opted for dormitory, when I called in at the hotel reception, I requested them to upgrade and am asked to pay just the double...found them very discourteous & impolite...requested them if they can atelast consider my last stay n charge me a little less, they just denied. Rest all there room services are extremely slow. Toiletries doesn't include the basic essentials. Hope the feedback works.

Very bad experience. The hotel doesn't have parking and the manager didn't even cooperate or guide about where could we park. The building looked very shady and it was 11.30pm still they didn't help us with anything. The manager was more inclined towards cancelling the booking. I gad to cancel the booking and keep searching for better place in the middle of the night. There is no proper board of the hotel room.

The hotel is in a shady building

I had visited this place on 1st week of July from gujarat. Place is perfect, firstly you feel like home not a hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. "Affordable price, excellent location! Quite smooth reservation process, very friendly service at the desk, clean & large room for two - a very pleasant stay at the Heart of Thane, in the middle of practically everything!" best connectivity options, 10-15mints from station. Would be my first preference to stay for every visit

Once you move into to the property all they care is commerical things. If u order food from them they are happy, if not they won't give u any service. Rooms aren't cleaned everyday you have to literally beg them to clean up ur room. Be careful

Horrible service!!! Heavy traffic noise the entire night! Very loud neighbor (apartment) They had loud chats and party till 2:30am!! When I asked them for refund they refused! Don’t stay there! It’s waste of money!

Good location, Courteous and cooperative staff, Hygiene and cleaning could be slightly better, Overall good experience, will recommend to others for a stay. Also, the property is more suited for Solo and Couple travellers than a family. Ease of checking in was the best part.

This hotel is very third class. Here the staff misbehaves in the name of service. Staying here is just a waste of money, I have spent my 15 days here under compulsion

No frills good location slightly expensive than most similar ones out there. Wish there were breakfast options available. They do not have spare toiletries.

Worst treatment, over priced and the manager is extra smart he don’t value there regular customers and not cooperative too . There is lot of cockroach.
