This is our experience so I hope it would help others deciding which company they want to choose when it comes to their roof. First of all, I would never recommend taking the first company you find without doing your own search and secondly it's important to get few quotes so you can compare. For us, we asked 4 different companies for a quote. We were shocked to see that not every roof companies are professional and pleasant to deal with. We won't name and shame the other companies here but know that Amor Glaze Roofing has been the only company that was able to provide us with a written quote on the day they came. As for the rest, company A didn't bother going on our roof to inspect it but pressured us with their "special offer" (that was too good to be true) valid only for 1 day with no written quote given to us. Company B couldn't give us a quote at all after inspecting our roof because it wasn't his job so we would have to wait few days for someone else to get back to us and they turned out to be the most expensive. As for company C, they didn't give us a written quote and didn't go on our roof to inspect any damage because they measured the surface of our roof via google map and that was enough for them. My advice: do not bother with any roof companies that are not willing to go on your roof to inspect it properly and that won't give you a proper written quote. Also, if they pressure you to take the "deal of the day", just say No as all these are huge red flags. We are so glad we decided to go with Armor Glaze Roofing. They really made the process easy for us. Everything was explained and written on the day they came to give us a quote after inspecting our roof. Most importantly, there was no pressure and they were very patient at answering our questions from the beginning and during the whole process. We know nothing about roof but knew our roof needed some urgent repairs due to storms causing few leaks. Their warranty is by far the best and their prices are pretty good. Armor Glaze Roofing. At the time they did an excellent job with no complaints Background: They fully restored the roof on 19th May 2010. The works undertaken included, pressure cleaning of roof, full repoint using a flexible pointing compound, 1 coating of primer and 2 coats of an acrylic based paint. It has now been 12 years since the works were completed and I have had Armor Glazing Roof back again recently to inspect the roof To my surprise the roof is still in very good condition and does not require another inspection for 3-5 years. As a family business they always aim to please and provide excellent customer service and workmanship. I could not be happier with the results.After having so many problems with local trades in the past i was sceptical to go with a local company but iam so happy i did right from the start Jordan explained everything in detail and was more than helpful and upfront and nothing was a problem. That way my reviews are totally unbiased. I can honestly say that Armour Glaze are worthy of the trust you put in them as well as the result they promise. We cannot recommend these guys enough! So professional from the first point of contact, Jordan came out to give us a no obligation free quote. When we accepted they kept us well informed of when the work would be done. We had Sam do our roof, what a magnificent job he did and again, very professional! Armor Glaze were prompt in responding to my request for a quote, provided good information during the quote visit then arranged quickly to get the job done. The job was well done and we appreciated being informed of reasons for delays ( eg wind too strong, pollen blowing onto roof ). I much preferred a slight delay to wait for better conditions than having the job pushed through for a possibly inferior result.

The team at Armor Glaze did a fantastic job at cleaning, repairing and revitalising our roof in preparation for solar panels to be installed. It is absolutely amazing the transformation that happened and their communication was fantastic at all times. I would recommend them to everyone.

The initial paint job was very poor quality. Way too many excuses from the company. Constant high praise for their contractors though. Job was finally completed but it took multiple visits. By the end, we just wanted them gone - we felt so disrespected. do not recommend.
