Typically they only have 1 staff member working, there's another one wandering around to greet you that doesn't have the skills to work as a teller... never seen a bank so poorly understaffed. ANZ... mega profits, but can't put on more staff... go figure...

On Wednesday 27th December 2023 afternoon It was extremely nice of Lauren to call the Falcon team for me to remove the block from my Business Visa Debit Card so I can use it normally and with Apple Pay as well while I was in the branch with her.

This branch has got to be the worst bank ever instead of opening another teller they have staff members welcoming you at the door to tell you where to go. Long waits are driving customers crazy

Smart ATM, staff courteous and pleasant with quick service. better to park outside near the entrance, high school side, to the Walk as it is a shorter walk then from underneath the car park.

Had a lovely experience today when I went in to discuss some things. The customer service was excellent, Julietta and another lady who's name I can't remember did a great job

Absolutely minimal opening hours that real world people are unable to attend and they’ve reduced the ATMs to one. Less services available despite their record profits.

Terrible experience, my wife wanted to open a bank account for our children. They refused to serve her as she didn’t have an appointment. Thanks for nothing.
