I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Ash's AM Auto Rent, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the pre-booking information to the handover process, everything was top-notch. When we were in need of a last-minute 7 seater car rental for a 5-day trip, we stumbled upon AM Auto Rent and decided to give them a call. To our surprise, Ash, the owner, promptly returned our call and informed us that he had a 7-seater available for us the very next morning. We were thrilled with the quick response and availability. Not only did Ash provide us with an excellent deal, but he also agreed to increase the mileage allowance to better suit our needs. This level of flexibility and customer service was truly impressive. The documentation and insurance paperwork were handled smoothly, ensuring a hassle-free process. The car we rented, a Kia Sorrento, was in superb condition. It was clean, well-maintained, and free from any damages. It was evident that Ash takes great care of his vehicles, and this attention to detail contributed to our overall satisfaction with the rental. We thoroughly enjoyed driving it during our 5-day trip. The automated sensors in the car made navigating the roads of the UK a breeze. The performance of the vehicle was outstanding, and we had no issues whatsoever. What sets Ash's AM Auto Rent apart from larger rental agencies or apps is the personal touch and exceptional service provided by Ash himself. His communication throughout the process was flawless, and he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant experience.

A very unprofessional company. The deposit of £500 for a van hire was supposed to be returned in 2 weeks, despite chasing with 3 phonecalls and 2 emails they would not respond and we only got back the deposit nearly 5 weeks after and even then by turning up to their office and insisting on an immediate refund. I was about to take them to court had they refused to return it. I had even referred a couple of friends and family to use their services, thankfully they hadn't yet. I will never use their services again.

We rented a car from these guys for 2 weeks in Oct 2020. Car was returned and everything signed off correctly. After several phone calls and attempts to get the deposit back, it has not been returned. They always say it has been done and when I check a few weeks later, money is not been received. I do not recommend them.

Best independent rental place in the area. The staff are extremely helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We will definitely use AM Auto Rent again and would highly recommend them. Ash the manager liaised personally with us via WhatsApp which made a big difference. Big thank you for the great service and quality vehicle.

Rented a van from this company, put a deposit down (£300). After returning the vehicle and everything being okay. They told me they'll refund me within a week. Nothing was refunded. After 6 months of calling them up and visiting, they finally refunded me. Poor customer service

Very friendly and help, with some very smart car too I can only say, Thanks for helping me out. When I face a bad car dealer call classic cars don't by card from them AM rentals very helpful and they will always spare some time for you.

Best independent rental agency for self drive. Ashish completed all my paperwork on watsapp and we received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. Highly recommended.

Prices are great at Am Auto Rent. I was in and out. Return process was quicker. I will be renting again from them. They definitely deserve 5 stars.
