Love the selection they have at this store as well as display format, no love for customer service. I went today (Dec 9) with my mother to pick out a few bags to purchase. Everything was going well until one salesperson completely ruined my experience. First of all, this is New York City; most of the time salespeople ignore you. Which is totally fine by me. However, I had trouble reaching something from the top shelf, and customer service was not available. In fact, the customer service did not look like they wanted to help in the first place. I used a bag I was aiming to purchase to slide it slightly off the shelf, so I could retrieve it with my hand. This salesperson named Chestyna proceeded in reprimanding me, GRABBED the bag from my hand, and THREW it against the wall next to me. When I tell you I was SHOCKED, that's an understatement. I replied that there was no need to be rude and that I was actually trying to get a bag from the top shelf. She walked away without apologizing at all. I decided to try to ignore the situation but I was internally furious at the way my mother and I were treated. I understand people get tired and frustrated after a long day of work, but that does not warrant treating your customers like second-class citizens. Very unacceptable and I hope your customer service improves.

Sales people kept pushing shoe care items such as wax and water repellant spray even though we said we weren't interested multiple times. The worst part is there was a special of 30% off purchases of $100 or more, and one pair of shoes that was listed for $80 came up as $60 in the system. Instead of telling me that it was below $100 and asking me if I wanted to find something else to purchase to make it over $100, they scanned their dumb water repellant spray as part of my purchase to make it over $100 without telling me!!! When I asked why they were scanning it and they realized the price of the shoes came out wrong, instead of honoring to system price they hiked it back up to $80 and ripped us off. So rude and essentially tried to steal from us either way. Be careful in there

Online it showed that store closes at 10pm and I walked in the store at 945pm with my parents and the associates was making a general statement that the store is closed at 945pm and another guy walked up to me and my parents and kicked us out saying that the store is closed whereas the other customers were still inside the store! Wth??!! So rude and disrespectful! A zero star for kings plaza mall aldo!!!!!!! Ridiculous!

Horrible customer service they never send out pick up comfirmations on time in this area compared to other locations , and you can call them 5 times and they still won’t pick up when you need to reach them.
