Went there with a friend to help him to open bank acc ( he has a very basic english). Been there 2 times becouse of incompetent staff. Opening acc was a nightmare, at the end we did. Very slow, make sure you take half day off. Completely wrong attitude of customer service lady's. Going there you feel like a intruder.
I never write these but I must know from which planet people working there are. First time seeing such untrained, uneducated and incompetent employees. Management fault, not employees, but get it together, it feels as if you are paying us for having an account.
Well, there's not much to say about AIB Bank ... Everyone knows about its worst customer service. Excessive fees and untrained staff. There is no cashier's and front ATM was out of service. Inside, a huge quou of people waiting to lodge and
I want to say thank you to Jason Nolan , helping me out to make an new bank account . Initially we had issue's with our proof of address with other staff . But with the help of Jason's 'efficiency and decision making our problem got solved
This bank is a joke. We have a company’s account, I wanted to open a saving account, but it cannot be done online. Need to fill a form, but I cannot fill it out in the branch, it has to be posted and a business advisor will give us call
Terrible. Two tills and 13 people waiting in queue. Utterly disgraceful. Empty sanitizers at front door. Needs a mop and a clean. Inappropriate extremely short skirts on staff. Worst banking experience in a long time. Be more efficient
Longest queues I’ve ever seen, one cashier out of 2 just leaving while 8 people standing and waiting and no replacement comes, even the quick banking machines take ages and there’s a queue of 5 people (with 4 functional machines!).
The service is a disgrace they are charging people a fortune on fees and interest rates and you spend over a hour trying to get through to them ; people need to complain more and more till they get the message this is not acceptable
Was in today, was so confused regarding an issue I was having. Gina was so helpful and put me at ease! I couldn’t recommend her enough so lovely and helpful. Literally the only time I’ve left the bank happy!
que out the door. only one teller on, maybe 2. all they keep telling you is you can use the lodgment machines. no good to me when I need to withdraw cash due to loss of card. or I need to take out a fiver.
I just want to say a huge thank you to Tara smyth who was very professional and efficient dealing with a huge security breach on my account! She was extremely helpful and I will forever be thankful to her!
I visited the AIB bank in Crumlin and had a real concern about transferring money to my son in Cuba. I was greeted by a member of staff as i came in the door who couldnt have been more helpful or kinder.
If i could give less than 1 star i would. Been trying to get a copy statement for 4 weeks to no avail. No customer service just pass you from person to person & who ever you speak to
It's not overcrowded like all branches around city centre. I've been there few times between 2pm and 5pm, every time I found only few (3-5) people in a queue.
The poor opening hours, number of banks, and introducing fees for internal transactions. After 16 years closing accunt with them and moving to Revolut.
Absolutely excellent, the Assistant Manager is a real good guy, no Bull, extremely helpful and friendly, I got all the answers I was interested in
Great bank, usually busy but most transaction can be done on ATM. Queue mostly long for cashier.. Dedicated staff is always available to help!
Ridiculus only 1atm and no money in it half the time. Everything automated, so impersonal. Personal Banking with a machine!

If you require to see a teller the process is very slow most times there is only one available
